Cat idiosyncrasies31 Jan 2009 20:58 GMT1
Here are a few of my Deetoo's qualities that makes her unique to me.
The more uncomfortable a place is to sleep (to me anyway) the faster she's
able to lay there and drop into a deep sleep. I swear she could lay herself
on a 6" spike and start snoring away.

There's other lucky people (almost everyone on this list) who are like
me and my wife, who feel love for their pets as strong as any love
they've ever felt for any living thing.  The joy that they bring is
unconditional, so maybe that is why it so hard when one of them
Cat tries to bury food(on floor)31 Jan 2009 03:09 GMT22
Strange thing with my cat.  When I give her certain food(usually the stuff
with gravy) she will sniff it and then make like she  is burying it by
scratching on the floor next to it like in a litter box.  - she doesnt eat
it.   My wife says that is her way of telling us this ...

had tapeworms  treated for that & fleas (only dog goes outside, so she must
have brought fleas in) 5 other cats had it too and we treated them. They are
fine but Buddy has never really came back. He has lost 8-9 pounds in month

Do sisters usually get along19 Jan 2009 03:02 GMT6
We adopted 2 sisters that were about 1 year old from a rescue shelter.  They
have both been spayed and are healthy(vet examed).   I took them both
because the person I got them from suggested they had bonded.    After about
3 months it appears not.   They avoid each other as much ...
Paper18 Jan 2009 23:02 GMT2
One of our cats loves to find a magazine or even just a piece of paper on
the floor.  She steps on it with her front paws which she then proceeds to
move quickly as if she was running.  It's the weirdest thing.  She just runs
in place with those two paws.  She's declawed and ...

Hi. I am new to this group , I am having a problem with my 3 year old
cat. At 1st I was just feeding her dry cat food and someone told me I
should also feed her wet cat food. But for the last year or so she has
vomited at least twice a week her dry cat food up and on occasion her

The Chihuahua is the smallest dog breed in the world and is also the

that the Chihuahua descended from Chinese hairless dogs which crossed

Cats are monsters!!!06 Jan 2009 06:44 GMT2
Cats are little monsters that terrorize humans, they are worse than
gremlins. In most cases, cats will enslave humans and the humans have
to buy food for the cats for the rest of their lives.
Cats are real monsters!!! They are dangerous!!!
Do you allow your cat to go under the duvet when you are snoozing?02 Jan 2009 22:06 GMT22
My cat doesn't like being stroked all the time. Only sometimes. When
she wants. (If a stranger comes up and strokes her she will sometimes
bite/scratch)
Often when I'm snoozing, she approaches my chest purring away. If I
