I have a 16 year-old Maine Coon cat that has relatively recently
developed this 'habit' of meowing, loud and seemingly painful, prior to
drinking water.  He has degenerative arthritis, but this is something

My cat is the textbook example of the "I'm queen of this house" mindset.
She only likes to be petted when she asks to be by plopping down in front of
me with her belly and paws up in the air or when she cozies up to me to
sleep.  She only meows at me when she wants food or spots ...

My cat has some strange disease of the tongue.  A large part of the tongue
is dead tissue.  She has been to the vet.
The cat is a 12 year old spayed female.  WIth the tongue problem it looks

The mother is a gray striped tabby. The kitten looks like a seal point
siamese, except he has irregular black and white hair color patterns
