Cat shedding her hair25 Jun 2007 18:03 GMT2
I need some advice on what might be going on with my house cat... lately she
has been loosing hair all over the house.  I have been going around the
rooms (especially the living room where she usually hangs out) picking up
small fur piles. There have been times when I had to ...

I'm italian and I have a cat that is FELV+. We found him about 2 years
ago and has ever since kept under control with regular visits to the
verinary. Age unknown, presumably 6-7 years old, male, already neutered
when we found him.

My Cat loves Tony Bennett24 Jun 2007 21:56 GMT7
My cat Lou Lou just loves the faster Tony Bennett numbers and also a
large number of favorites by Sinatra and Dean Martin.  Her face lights
up and her favorite trick is to jump up on the coffee table when I get
the CD's out.
Famous cats.....24 Jun 2007 20:41 GMT33
Do you guys remember the name of Sigourney Weaver's cat in, "Alien"?
How about Kim Novak's cat in, "Bell, Book & Candle"?
Can you think of any other "famous" cats that you can ask us to try to
remember?
Cats Vs. Dogs -- Posting Activity23 Jun 2007 20:36 GMT2
Since yesterday in mid-afternoon there have been 267 postings to the various
rec.pets.cats. boards and 77 to the rec.pets.dogs. boards. I'm curious as to
why there is such a variance. Any thoughts?
My cat's foot23 Jun 2007 19:58 GMT3
We have a ~2 year old tabby.  She's an outdoor cat that comes in at night.
Tonight she was limping, her back, left leg seemed to be hurting her.  I'm
trying to decide, do we take her in now or wait and see?
I see no visible signs of injury.  No cuts, no bleeding.  The foot isn't
Tomcat brought mouse home23 Jun 2007 05:36 GMT4
My Tomcat Diego brought a mouse home for the first time this week.
That is the first time in his life, he is almost 2 years 6 months old.
My female cat catches all the mice and birds and brings them home.  Is
it fair to say that females are known for catching the most prey ?
Cat hair cuts.22 Jun 2007 23:57 GMT6
My pussy got spay recently.  The shaved stomach area looks pretty good.
Does anyone have a shaved pussy somewhat like what they do to poodles?
Maybe cut words like some guys do on their heads.
My cat stopped Meowing??22 Jun 2007 15:46 GMT12
My cat, Sebastian, is an indoor/outdoor cat.   He regularly plays
outside all day and comes in when he wants.  But when I got home
today, Sebastian came inside with me and just opened his mouth like he
would when he would meow, but nothing came out.  I've never seen him
Fun with cats22 Jun 2007 15:43 GMT8
I found a new way to have fun with cats.  You can get free cats and
kittens anywhere.  Start collecting them.  Then take string and tie
their tails together and put another string around their necks.  Place
cats in doorway and tie them securely.  Be sure the heads are on one

HELP needed to stop kitten abuse "game" on Internet. E-mail your complaint about this horrible virtual torture "game."21 Jun 2007 06:19 GMT5
A friend told me about this and I am appalled. This so called game is
to shoot a virtual kitten out of a cannon and direct it to hit various
items to score points.
I have written the web site people twice about this and they have just
