Afraid for two-faced kitten22 Jul 2006 01:32 GMT3
I just can't believe that someone could enter a stranger's house in the
dark between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., manage to locate the mother cat,
manage to get the kitten away from the mother, exit the house with the
kitten, and not disturb any of the occupants in the house. Most of us
Cat - Sucking On Tail?21 Jul 2006 20:31 GMT2
Has anyone ever heard of a cat sucking on its tail, and getting pleasure
from it?
My cat sucks on his tail very often (10x daily), and kneads the air, and
purrs extremely loud...
cat has smelly bum??????21 Jul 2006 17:08 GMT4
I have 2 cats, a boy and a girl, about 7 years old.
The girl is fine, but the boy is stinky as soon as you get close to his
private part area!
I don't make a habit of sniffing him there, but when he rubbed up on me
Cat towers21 Jul 2006 10:30 GMT5
New here.
Wondering are pet stores the only place you can purchase cat towers?
Litter Boxes21 Jul 2006 05:18 GMT6
Ok, the members of this esteemed group convinced me
that Iams & Science Diet are not the greatest cat foods in
the world.  After doing my own research, I now feed our
cats Royal Canin.

I have 3 outdoor pets, 2 cats and 1 miniature Jack Russell Terrier. I was
wondering, where the dog is so tiny, could she wear a cat flea collar as well?
Help Stop This Argument20 Jul 2006 00:03 GMT8
When I first got my kitten 2 months ago, I wanted her to be a indoor cat. My mother (Who lives with me) wants her to be an indoor and outdoor cat. The problem is that there are coyotes in my area (Even though I live in the city, I have seen coyotes roaming in the city).
But my ...
What to put on floor?19 Jul 2006 14:19 GMT3
My blue mackeral tabby is  going on the floor next to the litterbox,
instead of in it. This happens even when the box is only a day or two
old. He is getting worse, for no known reason. Is there something I
can put on the floor to deter him from doing this, and resume using
Overweight cat - waking me up to get fed!!!18 Jul 2006 13:20 GMT2
My cat is almost 6 years old and weighs 17 lbs.  She is chewing on things
and meowing to wake me up in the morning so that I feed her. Because of her
weight problem, I feed her two 1/4 cup servings of IAMS dry weight control
cat food.
Help!!!18 Jul 2006 12:41 GMT4
We have had a little black female for several years.  We are now
moving into a new house and the previous owners left their male cat.
Both cats are loving and very good cats when they are apart, but
together they hiss and fight.  Thankfully the new cat is used to being
We need a good name...18 Jul 2006 11:46 GMT14
Okay - we need to name our 4th fur-baby. He is a beautiful brown/black
tabby/siamese mix (maybe abysinian too) with gorgeous blue eyes and a
very unique patterning - the tabby patterning is only on his head and
one half of his body the other side is all white. He is already proving

Shedding:  How much is too much?17 Jul 2006 04:57 GMT1
I have an indoor cat, a female shorthair tabby, she's about 18 months
old.  For climate comparisons, I live in Massachusetts, way inland.
She's shedding.  A lot.  At times, I've got cat hair floating on the
breeze of my air cleaner(s), and the top of the back of my recliner is
