PETA has gone further overboard, in case you were wondering if that were possible. Now they are objecting to the name "Siamese" cat and want it changed to "Asian" in order to be PC (reminds me of the silly controversy over Indian mascots for sports teams).

Male cat - 8 yrs old - 15 lb. used to be happy with his dry food. I started to give him half a can of wet ev. 3rd day as a treat. Then expanded it to a full can. Now, I think he's holding out for the wet. Barely touches the dry.

My diabetic cat has been using Purina DM for about a year now. I am amazed that it controls her diabetes but am concerned that it gets so dry. My vet only sells the 12 lb bags which take about 3 months to go through. Sooner or later, the food gets drier and I hear her crunching
