Dilemna and questions27 May 2006 21:14 GMT32
As I mentioned in a previous post, a cat in my neighborhood visits my
home regularly once or twice a day. I have checked around, she doesn't
belong to anyone. She started coming to relax on our 3rd floor
apartment's back-porch (which is very quiet, good view, many cushioned
Telapathic Cat27 May 2006 21:05 GMT1
My cat is able to communicate with me I can read her mind and she can read
mine I know exactly what she is thinking although I don't always do what she
tells me. She's particularly clever by identifying the sounds of different
car engines.

Well we got a new kitty a few weeks back and my girlfriend and I now carry

New born kitten breathes out of it's mouth26 May 2006 09:17 GMT10
My cat just gave birth to 5 cuddly kittens. 4 of them are healthy and eat. My
little problem kitten won't drink from it's mother. It breathes through his
mouth instead of it's nose. I been hand feeding it since yesterday. But it is
still week and it doesn't show any progress. I am ...
Separation Anxiety26 May 2006 04:50 GMT3
I got a new kitten.  He is so sweet and cute, but he came from a home
with about 10 other kittens.  I think he is having separation anxiety.
He cries all the time unless he is being held.  Short of getting
another kitten, what can I do?  I can't hold him all the time.
sick kitty needs help/advice26 May 2006 04:46 GMT5
My cat is 3 years old.  Ever since we have had him he has had puking fits
about once every 2-3 weeks.  When he has these fits he will throw up food in
a couple of big piles, and then he'll continue to throw up what looks like a
milky, mucas like substance.  He has now developed ...
Tick in the eye26 May 2006 02:42 GMT1
I'd never seen or even heard of such a thing, but Snowball just cam in
with her left eye closed.  Upon examination, I discovered a small tick
attached to the moist, hairless pat of the lower lid right up against
the eyeball.  I got it out with a pair of hemostats and I don't think
The cat pee battle26 May 2006 00:21 GMT2
I'm hoping someone out there can help me out.
I have a couch that I bought a while back second hand. I must have been
sick that day, because I didn't notice the smell of cat pee coming out.
However, now that I have it home it's rather obvious.
Broken Foot??25 May 2006 22:11 GMT10
My poor kitty Monty appears to have hurt his back foot/leg over the
weekend.Although I am taking him to the Vet tomorrow morning I'm wondering,
If it's broken would he put any weight on it at all? He doesn't appear to be
in any physical pain, is hopping around on three feet quite ...
Claw Injury25 May 2006 16:50 GMT3
I was just trimming my cat's claws, and I noticed one of her claws on her
left hind foot is completely missing. Right down to where it retracts. There
appears to be very slight drainage, and the area is slightly reddened. She's
somewhat subdued, but she's still attempting to hop ...

If my kid goes away to college and moves out, will my cat still
remember him when he visits 5 years later?
Whats wrong with my cat ?23 May 2006 22:25 GMT3
Appears to be angry with tail (about hourly, for a few minutes)
Bouts of aggression against self (tail chasing with growling, hissing,
vocalizing and tail biting).  This behavior worsened gradually
over 5 days, peaked two days ago (cat was insane about it), and now
Ping Phil: Cats and fasting23 May 2006 00:46 GMT15
Found this. How does it square with conventional wisdom that cats
should not go without food for more than a day or so?

Chlorhexiderm23 May 2006 00:08 GMT1
I have a bottle of Chlorhexiderm which says it expired in 12/03. Should
I toss it or does the stuff last longer than that? I have no known need
for it now but thought I might just keep just in case. I think I got it
for a cut the cat had. She's indoor only now so I don't have to ...
