How do I get him to stop ripping my sheets/clothes?12 Apr 2006 04:18 GMT8
How do I get my cat to stop ripping my bedsheets (he always jumps up and
pokes holes in them with his claws) and he randomly attacks hanging
shirts and rips them. It's starting to become a financial burden when he
rips my nice clothes all the time.

Cat opens one eye while asleep11 Apr 2006 03:40 GMT2
Occasionally I'll observe my cat, a four-year old female, asleep with one
eye wide open!  Otherwise, she appears to be completely relaxed and
asleep--not moving a muscle except for breathing.
One time I actually saw her slowly open one eye while asleep.  The eye
Sad Loss10 Apr 2006 23:25 GMT14
My wife and I are in tears and beside ourselves with grief.  About
three hours ago the doorbell rang and it was a man holding one of our
cats (Pokchi) in his arms.  He had hit him on the road outside.  We
took him straight to the clinic but there was nothing they could do,
Cat and dog forgetting which food is theirs?10 Apr 2006 22:32 GMT17
The cat seems to have forgotten which food is her cat food and which food is
the puppy's, and vice versa...
Is this normal, or somewhat normal?  Any ideas on how to get them to eat
their own food and not eat the other's?  Neither seem to mind the other

Mine does this when she is not playing with it.

I used to be a typical cat hater.
I never did anything mean to cats
but I laughed at the jokes where
cats were made fun of and laughed

Hay everybody,
This month I'm moving from a house to a flat. So my cat goes with me. But,
although he is "fixed" he often goes out in the wood behind the house,

Been an interesting week....08 Apr 2006 18:38 GMT6
We have been having our bathroom remodeled...which is quite a task...when
you have 6 cats who freak out when strangers come..especially the youngest,
Ornery. Wednesday he managed to crawl into a cold air register vent and
stayed there half the day. Then he crawled under our bed ...

Maxy loves his new puppy, a little 4 lb female black furball, named Tish by
the breeder but we would like to do better.  She is tirelessly playful,
fearless (Yorkie mix) yet sensitive and serious to disapproval.   A real good

Another Cat Mystery06 Apr 2006 16:40 GMT18
This morning Isis did her usual crazy business. When I leave my socks on the
floor it's a sure bet she'll pick one up in her mouth and yowl like a demon
cat from the abyss of Hades. It's a mournful sad yowl that sounds like she's
having her liver eaten alive by a vulture. But ...
