How do I get my cat to stop ripping my bedsheets (he always jumps up and pokes holes in them with his claws) and he randomly attacks hanging shirts and rips them. It's starting to become a financial burden when he rips my nice clothes all the time.

The cat seems to have forgotten which food is her cat food and which food is the puppy's, and vice versa... Is this normal, or somewhat normal? Any ideas on how to get them to eat their own food and not eat the other's? Neither seem to mind the other
