My wife & I have a kitten that acts like it's about to fold up. Weak, very little appetite, lethargic, stunted growth when compared to her siblings. Barely walks. The vet really couldn't do much in the way of diagnosis without blood tests, etc. Heres the fun part- This

| Full-Mouth Bite? | 05 Jan 2006 14:20 GMT | 1 |
Our cat has started something new: light bites that involve it's entire mouth. The other nite, it clamped on to my sweater like that. When I started to extricate myself (slowly), it grabbed my wrist. This thing's mouth was wide open. All previous bites have been more of a nip ...

If we were lucky enough to be able to get four weeks down in Cape Hatteras (i.e. pretty good-sized rental house) should we think about taking the cat along or just leave it to fend for itself at home with somebody looking in on the food/water situation every evening?

| Bath Time | 03 Jan 2006 19:25 GMT | 10 |
Anybody ever given their cat a bath? Somebody once told me they de-flee'd their cat by dipping him in a bucket of soapy water which had anti-flee shampoo in it. I daren't try that with my cats - I wouldn't be alive to tell the tale.

I try to brush my cat's teeth at least once a week and recently got a new toothpaste for her in the malt flavor. Before that I used a fish flavor and she liked it all right. Now, she ABSOLUTELY LOVES the malt flavor so much that when she sees me get out her tooth brush and the ...
