Which clippers are best? The scissor type or the Guillotine type? Or which
do you think would be easier for an inexperienced person to use.

Litter box odor ... at least for my roommate16 Nov 2005 18:29 GMT4
I've lived with cats for almost 30 years, so I guess litter box odors
aren't as noticeable and/or offensive to me as they would be to someone
who hasn't lived with cats.  I just moved into a house that's owned by
my roommate.  She's never had cats before.  I have a door to the
advise request: getting mineral oil out of fur16 Nov 2005 11:50 GMT8
Because my kitty had ear mites, I used a cotton ball with mineral oil to
wipe out her ears.  Well, she fought, and now she has mineral oil all over
her face and head.  I have cleaned off most of it, but she can't reach and
clean the top of her head, and a few other places.  She ...

Odd Behavior15 Nov 2005 14:41 GMT15
Weird question here...but when my cat wants me to pet her she flops on the
floor and rolls over with her paws up and purrs.  So, I rub her belly and
she flips over on her tummy so I can rub her back and scratch between her
ears.  But then she always sticks her bottom up in the ...
cat-to-cat chat15 Nov 2005 06:56 GMT11
I notice that my 2 cats talk to each other in a different tone of voice
and vocabulary when they think I am not paying attention.  If they meow
at me, it is in the "standard" cat language that we are all familliar

Is this animal abandonment?15 Nov 2005 06:55 GMT3
If someone who says they may have your lost cat, releases that cat at
your apartment complex, and then refuses to pick it up when the cat is
recaptured, is that animal abandonment?  As it turned out, the animal
she brought LOOKED like my cat, but was NOT my cat.
