Well I have given it great thought. I will let Yes live. Even though I am haveing great pain with this hand. I have to go to physical therapy every day where it is washed out & the wounds are re packed. He cries constantly for attention. I feed him & am SLOWLY starting to pet him

If someone who says they may have your lost cat, releases that cat at your apartment complex, and then refuses to pick it up when the cat is recaptured, is that animal abandonment? As it turned out, the animal she brought LOOKED like my cat, but was NOT my cat.
