Is it ok to feed a variety of (canned) food?13 Sep 2005 21:02 GMT9

Worthless Newsgroup13 Sep 2005 20:50 GMT4
As a first time cat owner (I've had dogs all my life) I hoped this
newsgroup would provide some insight and discussion on how to care for

Neurotic cat might have to go13 Sep 2005 03:17 GMT14
I've had my male SiameseX for about 10 years. He has always been a
little neurotic and testy, but we always put up with it because he was
generally good. The last three years, however, have been just awful. He
destroys the furniture even though his claws are trimmed and he has a

trying to hold it open but he is being such a bitch about it. Any help

I have 2 cats - one is a 14 year old indoor/outdoor cat who loves to
mostly be outdoors.  The other is a 5 month old kitten who stays
mostly inside but does go out through the cat door.  We have trained
these cats to use the back part of the yard as their litter box,

The 10,00011 Sep 2005 20:38 GMT19
About 10,000 people remain in New Orleasns even though it is a
dangerous sewer.  They absolutely refuse to leave.  Why?
1.  Some of them who refuse to leave have pets that they
won't abandon no matter what.   I can't blame them, I would
Is this behavior some sort of mothering instinct?11 Sep 2005 18:21 GMT3

supposed to be used as a nice place for her to sleep on and she found
an old Santa hat one day.
Sometimes she will pick one or the other of those up and carry it
