Cat won't poop in his tray22 Aug 2005 12:44 GMT6
Our cat has decided that he no longer wants to go in his litter tray.
He usually puts his front paws in the tray then does his business,
depositing it on the newspaper that we have now put down on the floor.
He doesn't go anywhere else - it's not as if he's pooping all over the
TROLLS..HOW TO WIN ONLINE ARGUMENTS.21 Aug 2005 23:34 GMT11
VICTORY TROLLS.....
WIN ARGUMENTS ONLINE...
Enjoy battling it out on the bulletin boards? Like getting stuck into
a good, pointless argument with only one aim - to win at any cost?
how to keep cats away from a particular area21 Aug 2005 22:05 GMT2
What is a good way to keep pet cats away from one particular room when we're
not there?
Are there invisibile electrical boundary things that shock them through a
collar if they approach?  How about sprays?  Other ideas?
Hunger strike?21 Aug 2005 18:02 GMT13
Is it normal for a cat to simply refuse to eat, even when obviously
hungry, if she doesn't like the flavor of the food?  This seems to be
what Delany is doing.
Plus, it's getting harder to buy food for her, since foods that she
Food question for Phil P.21 Aug 2005 10:34 GMT1
Phil,
I recently got a cat and I've been scanning the cat
newsgroups on Google for info on what canned foods to feed
for long-term good health. I found one of your posts (quoted
Cat has gone walkabout!!!21 Aug 2005 05:21 GMT5
I've been looking after my girlfriends cat. It has been in the house
for the last fortnight, but this morning managed to escape. I'm no cat
expert. What's the likelihood that he will find his way back??
I've left his food out, and kept the door open hoping that he will
Lost for ideas20 Aug 2005 14:53 GMT3
Our 4 month old Elia who was born in our house and who was the first one to
use the litter box when only a few weeks old has decided to use the living
room instead now. Why? Of course I was smart enough to close the door after
he did it a few times - now he goes just in front of the ...
STRANGE BEHAVIOR JUST STARTED 20 Aug 2005 00:33 GMT5
If you refer to my previous post's - If you follow the progress of my cat.
She is 20 YO's and was doing well for 4 days after taking her to the vet.
I am in Pennsylvania and can not get 24 hour service unless I drive 60
miles. Today my cat has been isolating her self in the same ...
How do I get my old cat to accept the new kitten?19 Aug 2005 08:47 GMT4
About a week ago, we acquired an 8 week old kitten. Introducing the kitten
to my 6 year old cat has been kind of scary. He hisses at her (kitten),
but doesn't growl. Then he just wants to go back outside. We've been
keeping the kitten in a dog kennel when the older cat is in, but ...

How do you use catnip?19 Aug 2005 03:43 GMT23
I have heard a lot about cats liking catnip, but how exactly do you use
it in practice? Can it be used as food additive to attract them to food
they don't otherwise find appealing?

and give suggestions. The verticals
are to be carpeted and the holes
in front are to put food into. Thanks.

Kitten in the kitchen19 Aug 2005 01:54 GMT11
I am looking for some advice. Angus, my gorgeous 5m.o. burmese baby boy
is allowed everywhere in my house *except* for the kitchen benches.
This is for both hygiene and safety reasons - he has no sense of fire
safety and has walked across the lit stove and a few days ago I caught
