Nuts31 Aug 2005 19:50 GMT1
My three year old female cat is Gaga over nuts.  Sunflower seeds, peanuts,
cashews, etc.  She can smell them a mile away and she comes running.  I am
so soft for that look she gives me, I give in every time and give her a
small amount. It is like she knows when I open the jar or ...
Abandoned kitten..31 Aug 2005 19:41 GMT12
There's been an abandoned kitten running around my back garden for a
couple of days now, and despite numerous attempts to catch it, the wee
thing just seemed too full of energy (there's loads of places for it to
hide in the garden too)
Female Cat Crapped On Bed31 Aug 2005 19:40 GMT4
I have two cats one is a three year old female and the other is a male about
8 months.  At first they didn't get a long and the female hissed at him.
Stayed away from him.  Then, actually pissed on my bed when
But right after that they bonded, groomed, slept together, etc.
Leather-v-Cat question31 Aug 2005 19:36 GMT5
Anybody got a leather suite and cat?  We are thinking of getting one
but!  At the moment the chair arm and back are used as a launch pad to reach
the window sill.  What happens on a leather one when the rear claws are
extended for take off?  Do we end up with thousands of ...
I think my cat has a "hit" out on her?31 Aug 2005 18:23 GMT2
My cat used to be quite the bully when she was outside.  I could always
either hear her warning a cat away or actually fighting with them!  She
would always want to go outside - just coming in to eat but wanting to
go right back outside.  Lately though she will not go.  She won't ...
....CAT STORIES NEEDED !!! ....31 Aug 2005 16:29 GMT9
As you all may know by now, I have given up actively looking for my
beloved lost cat Albert.
I am putting out a buffet of different cat foods every night, however.
If Albert is out there, I am hoping that there might be a SLIM chance
Group to discuss cats31 Aug 2005 05:40 GMT2
This doesn't seem like the place to discuss cats.  Does anyone know of
a better one?
Sneezing cats?30 Aug 2005 22:35 GMT18
Either not many people have had their cats sneeze in the long term or
my subject line of "Achoo Achoo Achoo" didn't convince many people to
read the message...
Just wanted to double-check here, since my previous message about
Indoor cats30 Aug 2005 20:43 GMT115
First let me say I'm not being antagonistic, I'm just interested in the
(apparent) culture difference between the US & the UK as regards our
feline friends.
With regard to letting cats out:  All the cats I know go outside, they
Fussy eater my *beep*30 Aug 2005 19:39 GMT4
Last night I stopped off at the supermarket and bought a can of cat
food, or so I thought.  It was late and it was own label stuff so I
didn't recognise it, he doesn't usually get this brand but I had no
choice.
What breeds of cats have blue eyes?30 Aug 2005 15:57 GMT4
As I posted in an eariler thread, I'm going to get a cat. I'm a college
student living alone and I think a cat would be a nice pal.
I want one with blue eyes, I was wondering what breeds have blue eyes?
I liked the Persians, but I hear they are heavy upkeep. I was thinking
Moving with indoor/outdoor cat30 Aug 2005 15:18 GMT3
I'm moving soon and I've been stressing about my two cats. One is an
older female that is 90% an indoor cat (she occassionally hangs out on
the deck). I'm not so worried about her. But the other is a young male
cat I adopted about a year and a half ago. He was a stray and living
I want a cat, most intelligent cat breed?30 Aug 2005 14:32 GMT17
I live in an apartment and am looking for a cat to keep me company. I'd
like to know which breed is the smartest. I've searched Google to no
avail, though it seems Persians or Abyssinians seem to be the most
intelligent?
18 Month Old Cat with Acute Renal Failure (possible lily poisoning)30 Aug 2005 12:07 GMT2
Our 18 month old female cat (kitten) was hospitalized with renal
failure 17 days ago.  We suspect lily toxic poisoning but we are not
positive, however, her symptoms appeared 24-hours after a lily plant
arrived and she had pollen all over her face.  She was fine before
