Why is it that when a cat gets scared, they secreet a foul smelling ooze
from their rear ends?  that they later, after the fear has passed, will
clean themselves off.. a few times now, my children have come upon the cat
and scared her half to death, upon picking her up to calm ...

My cat is about 12 years old (at least). Honestly we do not know when
she was born.
Within the last year she has been showing signs of age and possibly
arthritis. Trouble jumping on furniture, moving slowly.

Hi. I am just curious if anyone knows for sure if canned food should
be left in normal room temperature until opened, or is it better to
leave them in something like the butter section in the fridge to keep
it cool. I realize the cans can last a long time on the shelves in

Hiya!
Was just wondering how normal it is for a cat to pant when hot.  I know
dogs do it but kiwi is the first cat i have ever had that does it.  None
of my friends cats do and none of my mothers cats were ever seen doing

My brother & family are moving about two blocks away in the same subdivision
where they have had an outside cat for about 8-9 years. Kiki has always been
outside & roams alot so he knows the neighborhood. They feed/water him well
& give some attention, but definitely not as much as ...

Are Cats and Chinchillas compatible?  Have you had any experience of
keeping both together as pets?  Sorry if this is a dumb question, I
