Other cat sites out there?04 Jun 2005 13:27 GMT1
How many of you have a web site dedicated to your cat or including pictures
of your beloved moggie? If you do, and you like the ramblings of this mad
moggie at http://mogular.blogspot.com then perhaps we can swap URLs on our
sites.

obsession with plastic bags and boxes03 Jun 2005 18:00 GMT11
My cat seems to have a great obsession with plastic bags and boxes. She
likes to crawl into the bags and boxes and lay there. She likes to roll
around and jump around and i dont mind her playing in them when Im not
around...but when Im gone I put them up. But she manages to get into ...
Cat Acne?!?!?03 Jun 2005 12:44 GMT9
I took my little Butterscotch to the vet last week for her flea medicine and
a check up.  I'd noticed that she'd been scratching her chin a lot the last
few weeks but not anywhere else.  So I didn't think she had fleas.  I looked
at her chin and saw all of these little black dots ...
Electronic Cat Flaps03 Jun 2005 01:44 GMT3
I know this has been discussed many times before, and I've done a
Google Groups search looking for an answer, but I'm hoping that some

Ultrasonic mouse repellers..?02 Jun 2005 20:22 GMT16
I don't understand my cat, really I don't..! I always thought cats were
supposed to catch mice in the house and dispatch them, but Missy seems to
think it's her role in life to catch the things outside and bring them in
to run around the living room and kitchen..! She seems to ...
Chewing/licking plastic bags?02 Jun 2005 20:15 GMT4
Thanks again for the info on kneading/mushing behaviour.  My cats also seem
to enjoy licking or chewing on plastic bags around the house.  We try to
discourage it (don't want them to choke on a piece), and we don't leave
bags out very often.

A very old looking female cat has been hanging around our house for a while,
so after no sucess in finding her owners, we took her in. Would it be safe
to have her desexed, as she seems quite "elderly"? She gets on quite well
with our 12yr old c-cso perhaps they are about the ...

Cats and Raw Diet02 Jun 2005 04:04 GMT2
My cat is 10 years old and has had crystals in his urine, bad teeth, oily
fur, and a small instance of pancreatitis. I am curious what people think
about the raw diet and if it will help my cat live a healthier life.  My
main concern is the crystals and how to make sure they dont ...

I have two eighteen month old cats, one boy and one girl that  have bonded
and are best of friends, like they are always licking and cleaning each
other. They are a beauty to watch.
Soon a good friend of mine will move in to my house, she has a six month old
Two super tuxedo cats need great new homes!01 Jun 2005 17:55 GMT5
I am looking to find a suitable home for each of my tuxedo cats (black with
white markings).  Unfortunately, my fiance is very allergic to cats and he
has only one lung due to rare cancer he had when he was 27.  Therefore, he
can't afford to be around the cats at all due to his ...
