A while back my friends kitty had a heart attack while under general anesthetic, the poor thing has been a vegetable ever since, it is blind, it drools, it meows nonstop and it is the equivalent to a cerebral palsey "victim".

Remember the proposal to allow hunters to shoot feral cats in Wisconsin? Seems there is also a proposal to allow TEN YEAR OLD KIDS to hunt. Also I got a call from a guy in Wisconsin running for judge.
