I have two cats that are sisters. They are about 2 years old. One has developed a weird condition. It scratches it's back and hair has been falling off in clumps. There is now a bald spot right on her back by her tail and it's a few inches wide.

Hi all..i need a little bit of advice...i have two wonderful cats (male and female-both 11 months old) and they have been terrific using their litterbox but i want them to start using the garden, if possible. Can anybody give me some advice or am I meowing up the wrong tree?
