Cat buyers are confusing the heck out of me. Please HELP!11 Mar 2005 16:14 GMT93
I hope someone from this forum can give me some info ASAP. I run a small
cattery and I recently sold a kitten to some people who came in from out of
state (they put the kitten on reserve). Anyway, they came and took the
kitten (under some additionally odd circumstances) and several ...

My cat does not understand gophers.11 Mar 2005 06:43 GMT5
As I write this, my cat is lurking by the old gopher holes, where she
formerly wiped out the gophers, and ignoring the fresh gopher
diggings, where a new family of gophers have were digging last night.
She is a fairly obedient and respectful cat, compared to most, not

It rained yesterday.  Last night Ozy came in wet and dirty - Ozy
*never* gets dirty.  Avery came clean and dry, and with no mud on his
feet - Avery *always* brings in mud if it can be found.  Fluffy
challenged a possum in the mud room - Fluffy *never* challenges

Getting cats to scratch on cat tree09 Mar 2005 02:47 GMT10
I got a big nice cat tree, and I'm having a hard time getting my cats to
switch from my chairs to the tree.  I've covered it in catnip and put
them on it, but they rarely go near the thing (even though it's right
next to the chairs they like to scratch).  Any ideas?
Allergies??09 Mar 2005 00:54 GMT1
Recently my cat started licking and biting her back just above her tail -
so much, that she has pulled out the hair and little by little, she keeps
