I just found this in my list of bookmarks, I'd forgotten it was there. If you've seen it before you'll know, if you haven't, make a point of watching it at least once a week :-) http://www.flashart.nl/popup/shii.html

| Pet Not so Smart | 14 Mar 2005 17:52 GMT | 51 |
One of the worst cases of mishandled customer I've had the displeasure to have in a long time. A friend of mine asked me to visit a store, to interview with a cat that needs a home. Many of you know the details, and so I won't repeat them here.

| my cat keeps kicking his food bowl | 14 Mar 2005 08:06 GMT | 4 |
This is quite bizarre. I have had my cat for several years and only within the past 6 months I'd say, he has starting doing this thing with his food dish. He has an adjoining food/water dish (the same dish he's always had). When I put in new water/food in the morning,

Do you remember I was looking for a cat for an elderly couple a week ago? through the pet rescue service I found the very cat for them: 4 year old quiet female, loving, spayed, vaccinated, with all the equipment and al this for nothing!

| Kitten won't eat | 14 Mar 2005 05:42 GMT | 10 |
I've just got a new kitten who's 10 weeks old and really cute. Yesterday was his first day at home and he was extremely loath to eat anything in the morning and seemed really lethargic. In the afternoon however he perked up and played with a ball and ate some (not that much)

3 days ago my extremely healthy Siamese cat "Pepper" died from renal failure. I was wondering what might have caused it. She was a part-time outside cat and for a couple days I didn't see her, I heard a loud cry from underneath my cabinets and I found her inside there, and pulled ...

| Wisconsin Question | 12 Mar 2005 19:50 GMT | 23 |
There is a proposal to allow the hunting of Feral cats in Wisconsin. It should be noted this is a proposal, the election will be on April 11th. Now is the time to mobilize voters in Wisconsin to vote against this proposal.

| Telephone behavior | 12 Mar 2005 18:20 GMT | 7 |
Just a report of something cute/weird. My Rexie is 2 1/2, full Siamese according to the vet, but feral (he & mom found outside, and vet says mom probably was also feral). I've had him since 4 weeks, so I'm Mommy. He doesn't really love being held and will mostly try to jump down, ...

| Why do we love cats? | 12 Mar 2005 07:34 GMT | 5 |
I don't know about everyone else but I have loved cats for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid I would have my cats doing tricks. There is something so fascinating about them. Maybe its their aloofness,or their ability to amuse themselves with the most unusual objects that ...

| Neutered cats trying to mate | 11 Mar 2005 23:35 GMT | 7 |
We have 3 maile cats all about 7 years old. All have been neutered, but recently one of them is trying to mate with another. He climbs onto the back of the other cat, sort of marches with his feet and bites him on the neck. Is is possible that he wasn't neutered enough or that ...

| Flee control | 11 Mar 2005 23:27 GMT | 11 |
Any thoughts on Hartz Advanced Care, good or bad? I was thinking of that for winter months when the cats are mostly inside then switching over to Advantage or Frontline for spring and summer use. I cringe at the thought of putting collars on these cats, I know darn well they'll ...

| Cat Hair Shaved | 11 Mar 2005 22:47 GMT | 1 |
I just got my Persian cat's hair shaved for the first time. When we came home from the groomers she was fine. Last night and this morning she is totally lethargic. She won't look up when I call her name or purr when I pet her. I am really worried. Please help.
