Need Your Help!!!31 Mar 2005 18:36 GMT15
Hi, my husband and I have had our cat for over a year now.  She is a house
cat and has never had a problem using the litter box.  She goes into heat
about once a month for about a week at a time (we haven't had her spayed
yet) but this time she's been in heat for over two weeks.  ...
urinary infection - food31 Mar 2005 17:02 GMT1
I have two Mancoons and both have occasional stomach problems so the vet has
put them on a special food to help the problem. So far it has been a good
thing for both of them. I am looking for a good online pet food company, any
suggestions?
4 weeks old kitty has eye problem...31 Mar 2005 07:21 GMT7
Does anyone have any experience with kitten's eyes? I have a litter of 4
kittens (4 weeks old), and one of them has one eye that is much smaller
than the other.  It is also very pink surrounding it.  I thought that it
was just because she was so young, but now all of the other ...

I live out in an Arizona desert where people have a terrible habit of
dumping animals they don't want.I recently rescued a cat from the
coyotes. She is quite beautiful with long white hair and I would like to
keep her but she is clawing my upholstered furniture. Can someone tell me
MA !30 Mar 2005 22:45 GMT3
I have a 9 y/o female domestic kitty named Siri who is a wonderful
companion.  Often she yells what sounds like MA!    Like she's calling me
with an almost human voice.  I know this is not uncommon bec I heard someone
on a TV interview show talking about her cat that does the same ...

First post in a lonnnggg time.
My three cats are all rescue and indoor, so I believe they are safe, but a
neighbor just put down 5 (of her 10 or so?) cats including a siamese female

Glucosamine30 Mar 2005 16:02 GMT1
Glucosamine worked wonders for my cat's arthritis. I heartily
recommend the Haartz version.

Do you guys do this to.30 Mar 2005 14:05 GMT21
My father says that my husband and I have gone off the very very deep end. We both refer to ourselves as mommy and daddy to our cats. I will tell Pheniox or Sasha go tell daddy and its like they know who he is or he will tell them go tell mommy and its the same reaction. When we ...

We currently have a Drinkwell, and the cats love it. Has anyone had good
success with another brand that provides flowing water and has a "quieter"
motor?

Transporting Canadian cats to US30 Mar 2005 03:29 GMT5
There is a possibility we will be moving to the states this year and I
was wondering what I need to do to get my cats residence (or a visa
which will last their lifetime).  Do they need to swear allegience
somewhere or learn the national anthem?
My cat's dying from eating lilys :(30 Mar 2005 01:21 GMT11
Two weeks ago my cat ate some lilys that my girlfriend brought home. I
didn't know what kind of flowers they were and we didn't know they were so
poisones to cats. I think she ate them early Thursday morning, when I got
home from work in the afternoon she was foaming at the mouth ...
Knucklehead: re - kitty clawing furniture30 Mar 2005 00:45 GMT1
Good grief, why didn't I think of that!  (The softpaws).  Is isn't
ridiculous, it is a great solution!  I haven't tried it because I haven't
had to (YET) and they are fairly new where I live.
I first heard about them when I was looking for something on ebay and a
Purring - can someone clarify once and for all?29 Mar 2005 21:49 GMT3
Purring: what exacty causes the sound, and what exactly does it
signify, emotionally. My own cat doesn't like being held or cuddled
very much, yat you can hear him purring while he is simultaneously
trying to escape from the cuddler's clutch! Surely he can't be
