We have a serious rabbit-problem here and we need deadly
terminator-cats that will kill all the rabbits.
What can I do?

Introducing a new cat.12 Feb 2005 21:19 GMT2
We have just gotten a 1 year old cat from the rescue; she has gotten all
her shots and is scheduled to get spayed and second worming shot in 2 weeks.
What is the best way to introduce this new cat to the other two, who are
about 7 years of age?
Well, *that* didn't work12 Feb 2005 17:59 GMT19
I have a problem ... named Mickey - my neighbor's cat and the
neighborhood champion mouser.  He has decided he would rather live
with me.  (I've written about this before.) I'm trying to convince him
to stay out of the house proper.   Like any cat, he's allowed in the
Good vibrations?11 Feb 2005 22:33 GMT9
My cat vibrates his tail when he seems to be in a good mood. I always
thought this was kind of cool and unique. A friend of mine told me I had
nothing to be proud of; all cats do that. I still think it’s cool.
He does this pretty often and he’ll do it almost every morning when I

Quick intro and question (long)11 Feb 2005 16:25 GMT6
Hi all!  I have been owned my my tortie on white cat for about 9 years.  She
is ten now and just had her health exam a few weeks ago.
All is well with Ms. Willow, except since this summer she has been vomiting.
At first I thought it was hairballs, so I've been grooming and giving ...
Stray cat11 Feb 2005 09:34 GMT2
I live on a mountain in the Catskills in N.Y. State---- Last year a
grey striped kitten with a spotted underside wandered out of the woods.
Extreemly rural area with the nearest home about a mile away.  We first
allowed her to live in the gagage and fed her there. As the weather ...
Translation: "That smells like poop!"11 Feb 2005 09:25 GMT5
I used to feed my kittens only dry food.  Now I'm introducing them to
canned food.  So far, I've tried Iams and Science Diet.  One of them,
Sachi, thinks both of them smell like poo and starts pawing the
carpet, trying to cover it up.  He's started to eat it when he first
Cat sneezing!11 Feb 2005 03:57 GMT1
I have a 7 month old kitten who for the last day or two has been
sneezing..and making a noise as if clearing her throat. Could this be a
cold? She's strictly an indoor cat and was out to the vet 10 days ago only
for the day..could she have picked up something there? And I fear ...
EARLY RISER11 Feb 2005 01:26 GMT9
I have "inherited" a lovely 3yr old neutered male tabby. Wonderful guy,
except he insists I get up at 3:30 AM. Not to feed him, just to play.
If I lock him out of the bedroom he just screams until I get up.
Anyone know a way to reset this cat's internal clock?

We have had ferral cats in our neighborhood for over six months with a

have been malel cats showing up and I am afraid the female will get pregnant
again and the cycle will continue with more cats. Does ...
