Insects causing severe itching15 Jan 2005 07:27 GMT8
For the past week I've been feeding a stray cat and during
that time I've sprayed her with flea spray three times but
every time I get near the cat some kind of insect must jump
off the cat and bites me all over my stomach and sides and
Online cat boarding reservations??15 Jan 2005 04:43 GMT1
howdy,
besides xxx site links, free stuff posted in this newsgroup ... I think this

of this kind... looks like Expedia.
Catapult15 Jan 2005 00:23 GMT1
This game is just too much fun! Slaughter cats with a sling-shot and
watch the blood fly! http://www.ebaumsworld.com/catapult.html
Roads14 Jan 2005 17:19 GMT2
Our cat was very good (Sophie) but it has been discovered that she now
crosses the road.
Is there anything we can do?? Cats normally do their own thing so can we
perhaps make the kerb / side walk (grass with concrete) 'smell' so that she

Can any one help14 Jan 2005 13:36 GMT8
As a few of you are aware I have a 1 year old Siamese named Pheniox (who is
pregnant and due in about 3 to 4 weeks. Pheniox is also both partially deaf
and completly blind due to abuse by previous owners son. When I first got
her she would occassionally take of running and just ...
Odd places the cat likes to go14 Jan 2005 13:22 GMT10
They seem odd to me anyway.
One is on top of  the dead DVD (Sony DVD players suck!)  sitting on
top of a box on by my desk.  The DVD isn't even plugged in, so it
can't be warm.  It's not carpeted, so I can't imagine it's any more
Recommend a Siberian breeder?14 Jan 2005 12:15 GMT1
I have friends, a couple, who are both severely allergic to most cats.
They would adopt if it were practical, but their allergies go nuts the
second they even walk into a shelter.
They researched the reportedly less-allergenic breeds and visited with

Air purifier for eliminating odors13 Jan 2005 01:22 GMT7
I'm a first time cat owner, and I'm not used to the smell of the food,
litter, and the stuff they dump in the litter.  Can anyone recommend an
air-purifier that eliminated odors?  Is hepa better than electrostatic, etc?

Littermate auto litterbox12 Jan 2005 22:54 GMT10
Does anyone have one of these?  Before I spend $150, I'd love to get
feedback from someone who has used one for awhile. I have two cats in a
small apartment and want to keep the smells down.  Will the littermate cut
down on catbox smells?
Siblings suddenly anti-social12 Jan 2005 20:17 GMT4
We have 2 female littermates (approx 5 months old) that have always gotten along wonderfully.  Playing and eating together, grooming each other etc.  Suddenly yesterday, without any provocation, the slightly smaller kitten suddenly hissed, squalled and scratched at the other then ...
something new in cat shows12 Jan 2005 18:29 GMT1
I went to a TICA cat show (USA) the other day & was amused to see a "cat
agility" arena, a fenced (plastic mesh) area containing tunnels, ramps,
ladders, & hoops for participating cats to run through. They can get ribbons
for this. Half the cats ran outside the tunnels, leaped off ...
ferals12 Jan 2005 00:59 GMT2
I live in a area of townhouses. There is a small group of feral cats
that live in the area.I feed them and have a nice place outside for
them to shelter. I feel that I want to  do more for them but I'm really
stumped. First of all, they live in a common area and they are
Goodbye's are so hard11 Jan 2005 23:41 GMT5
Just wanted to share: my precious little orange cat had a stroke about 2
years ago and has gone steadily downhill since, and very fast over the past
couple of months.  I decided that, as long as he was still eating, drinking,
finding the litterbox and enjoying a little turn around ...
