| New Fish Tank. | 04 Nov 2004 16:32 GMT | 19 |
I am about to setup a Marine Fish Tank in my hall, about 30 inches wide, and 24 inches deep, sitting on a 24 inch deep stand. Do you think the tank will drive my cats nuts and really annoy them? I really want it, but will avoid if it is cruel on the cats.

| cat door problems | 04 Nov 2004 09:26 GMT | 12 |
I put in a cat door a couple of weeks ago. To get them used to it I temporarily taped open the cat flap so it was wide open up until now. (It's a cheap cat door with a hard plastic swinging (from the top) door held in the closed position with a magnet). Seeing that they were used ...

| Cat limping... | 03 Nov 2004 16:43 GMT | 2 |
The cat we have bit the caretaker yesterday when she tried to pick him up. He is usually very docile and sweet. He was limping yesterday, and this morning, but then started walking on 3 legs refusing to put weight on his foreleg. He is eating, and has been sleeping most of the day ...

One of my cats is about 7 years old and I've been feeding him (and the other cats) dry cat food since they were kittens. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that Dickens was losing weight. He was down to a normal size instead of a little overweight. He kept losing and was getting ...

| possible to keep cats from using gravel patio as litterbox? | 03 Nov 2004 05:39 GMT | 3 |
I moved several months ago. Before I moved, my cats used the great outdoors for their 'business', only rarely using the litterbox I had indoors. When I moved I had to keep them indoors for awhile to be sure they wouldn't run away, and they got used to using the litterbox.

| Cat tree | 03 Nov 2004 04:27 GMT | 4 |
I'm looking to get a cat tree and trying to figure out a good place to get one. I'd like a decent one but not too expensive either. I found this site online and was wondering if anyone had experience with it before: http://www.armarkat.com/? Any suggestions where to get one?

| Sergeant's 'Gold' : Okay for our cat? | 03 Nov 2004 03:37 GMT | 4 |
PJ has been scratching lately, but I didn't know what brand of flea treatment to get him. On the grocery run to Wal-Mart today, I found they had 3 brands; Sergeant's (regular and 'gold' varieties), Hartz (nightmare stories there), and another ("Nexxum" or something, about

| Aggressive kitten | 03 Nov 2004 00:50 GMT | 18 |
Our kitten is about 13 weeks old now and he is very aggressive. My wife and I both have lots of scars on our hands where he has attacked them and drawn a fair bit of blood. He has also gone for the children a little bit as well, but they know to keep away at the moment. We give

| How can I tame stray (wild) cat? | 02 Nov 2004 22:11 GMT | 8 |
For the past several weeks I have been visited by a cat that seems to be wild. It will not allow me to get closer than 10 feet or so, even when I feed it. It is always on the lookout and runs from the slightest noise or movement.

| Cats and Vacuums | 02 Nov 2004 03:37 GMT | 13 |
Okay, cats hate vacuum cleaners. Not surprising, since they make a lot of noise and cats have those sensitive trumpet ears. But... Last week I was in the basement using a power saw to cut lumber. The thing is godawful loud; and there is the cat, peacefully curled up on a barrel ...
