| Puzzling Feline Behavior | 08 Nov 2004 12:52 GMT | 6 |
I have two male cats - both neutered - who have lived inside my home peacefully for the past four years. Recently one of them got out and spent the night Lord knows where. I was worried sick cause he'd never been outside before.

I have read other posts in re: to fur loss on the back legs, but the posts mainly pertained to female cats. We have a male longhair that is licking and has hair loss on the insides of his back legs.

| how to deal with a pesky stray cat? | 07 Nov 2004 21:35 GMT | 8 |
Any idea how to get rid of a pest cat? One has been terrorizing our yard on-and-off for three years now, and we're at wits end! Specifically, it scratches up our garden mulch and pees and craps in our yard--putting kill spots everywhere.

| Cat not well | 07 Nov 2004 15:31 GMT | 11 |
Micky is not his usual self. I wonder could that be a hairball? He just lies in his bed since 2 days. First I thought he just doesn't like the cold weather that has come in.

| New Fish Tank | 05 Nov 2004 17:31 GMT | 19 |
I am about to setup a Marine Fish Tank in my hall, about 30 inches wide, and 24 inches deep, sitting on a 24 inch deep stand. Do you think the tank will drive my cats nuts and really annoy them? I really want it, but will avoid if it is cruel on the cats.

I've had my dog for years and just added a cat. He takes off during the day (by way of the doggie door) and comes back at night to get fed. I then close the doggie door and keep them both in all night. Now, however, I find he's going into other homes (through their doggie

| cat stroller | 05 Nov 2004 12:55 GMT | 6 |
I've seen cat strollers advertised and am wondering whether people here have tried them. (The strollers are like baby strollers but are covered in a net so that the cats can't get out.) I'm curious about these--do you or your cats have experience with them?

| Sergeant's 'Gold' : Okay for our cat? | 04 Nov 2004 20:38 GMT | 4 |
PJ has been scratching lately, but I didn't know what brand of flea treatment to get him. On the grocery run to Wal-Mart today, I found they had 3 brands; Sergeant's (regular and 'gold' varieties), Hartz (nightmare stories), and another ("Nexxum" or something, about $7.00 ).
