Dandruff07 Jun 2004 23:54 GMT3
Do cats get dandruff? Several of our babies have what looks like
dandruff, especially on their lower back. My wife noticed it as she
was brushing them. Seems to have started with the warmer weather.
Thanks.
Constipated cat07 Jun 2004 22:18 GMT5
My daughter's cat is a 11-yr old female Himalayan. She gets constipated once
in a while, does not want to eat during that time nor drink. My daughter
puts a bit of mineral oil on her paws, so she can lick the oil. Finally
after a few days, it helps.
Cat nuzzling resulting in drool?07 Jun 2004 20:15 GMT7
My oldest (not that old she's 5 young compared to some of the ages I've seen
posted around the boards) likes to nuzzle her nose into our necks.  We don't
mind it but somehow we end up with some weird slobber when she leaves.  Her
tongue doesn't lick us, she just breathes.  She never ...
pets poisoned in china07 Jun 2004 20:05 GMT2
Apparently about 200 dogs have been poisoned in China.  Someone leaving
chicken with a purple crystalline substance that is some sort of pestiside
related to a nerve agent.  Anyone know what the pesticide is?  I assume its
works as well on cats.
Snail bait hazard07 Jun 2004 07:02 GMT2
The snail bait I just bought lists a warning not to use when pets are around
as they may ingest it.  Will cats eat this and if so, is it dangerous to
them?
thx
Is it too late?07 Jun 2004 05:30 GMT12
I have 2 male cats that will be getting desexed this July. I was told that
it is too late to stop them from straying and chasing after female's on
heat.
I should have done it when they were babies.  Is this correct?  Will it stop

Travelling with three cats07 Jun 2004 00:24 GMT8
We're going to be traveling across the country with three cats, two
neutered males about three years old, and an un-neutered male about
nine months old. One of the older cats only tolerates the younger one,
and the other older cat gets along okay with the young one. The two

PET ODORS06 Jun 2004 06:15 GMT3
Friends of mine will lose their security deposit because of urine odor.  Is
there anyone out there that knows a sure fire way to neutralize cat urine
odor or at least reduce the intensity.  If you have a few suggestions they
could try them all.

Catnip testers wanted??? really!06 Jun 2004 04:08 GMT1
I'm selling catnip that my mother grows in her garden.  But I'd like to
find a couple of willing volunteers to 'test' it on their cats.  My cats
love it but I want to see if other cats do too!  So if anyone is willing
to be my nip tester, email me at moonlyte_tears@yahoo.com!!! ...
