Due to Racial concerns regarding the term "Coon" In California there are plans to propose a proposition to drop the term "Coon" and use a different word for the name of the breed. The new term will be announced nextweek. California is a stupid state.

My local vet has and pushes laser surgery-no big deal but it is $35 extra for laser vs standard sterilazation surgery. He says it causes less trauma and they heal faster. Anybody got any experince here-is this just another way for the vet to get further into my wallet or
