Small Bumps on 10 YO Cat12 Jan 2004 02:58 GMT7
My cat has a number of small bumps-about the size of 1/2 the end of a
pencil eraser scattered over his body.  They are white, smooth and
there is a bit of white powder which looks like dandruff around them.
He does not scratch them and they do not seem to bother him.  Any idea
vets11 Jan 2004 23:23 GMT4
I am soon going to go demented over vets!
I am friendly with a vet who only does acupuncture and homeopathy though, so
she can't help me, but she gives me good advice. This has helped me to stand
firm in all the problems up to now.
Need a good litter without smells and dust11 Jan 2004 22:03 GMT9
THe litter is the worst.  What is a good litter to get that does not create
the dust and also no smell.  One that will also not be tracked out when the
cat walks from it.
WHen my husband changes the litter or cleans it, the dust must linger

If you haven't heard about Hartz flea and tick drops, you need to check out the
facts on the links below.  Do this for the well being of your pets and to help
other pets.
As most of you are aware there is a petition concerning this grave injustice

Why do cats drag towels and sheets?11 Jan 2004 08:14 GMT10
My wife and I find it amusing to come home and find a bed sheet or a cats
favorite blanket dragged into the bathroom or down the hall. Why do cats do
this? Is it that they want to make a nest from objects they are familiar
with? Are they trying to prove ownership? I dunno . If you ...
Cat peeing on bed10 Jan 2004 23:48 GMT8
We adopted a year old female cat about six months ago and had her
spayed.  About a month or two ago, she peed on our bed twice in as
many days.  We wound up throwing out the comforter and mattress pad
and buying a new set.  We also began closing the bedroom door unless

Carpets and kittens10 Jan 2004 14:36 GMT4
We have two kittens about six months old, both healthy and happy but are not
being allowed outside until they have been speyed and had feline leukaemia
protection both of which will be done soon. Both were house trained by
previous "owner". Trouble is, they've started wetting on the ...

At long last we got rid of the ear mites Micky - the shelter cat - had (now
the dog has them!).
The vet got mad at me today for refusing to pay his bill! He more or less
kicked me out of his practice and did not say good-bye ... :-(
Outdoor vs Indoor Cats - Again09 Jan 2004 20:17 GMT18
I've followed this debate in many threads across several groups, and there is
one point I have not seen raised.
30 years ago I was coming home from my night job at 4 AM and while walking in
the street (NYC) a dozen blocks from my home, I came across a really friendly
