As I have posted previously, my recently adopted cat appears to have a lot of Maine Coon characteristics. Until now, the only features I thought he was lacking were the long squared-off face and tbe trilling, and at 10.1 lbs. he's on the small side for a Maine Coon.

I have outdoor barn cats. I feed them dry cat food every day, but they also eat mice and whatever else they catch. Yesterday I found one of them in the barn, in the hay and the cat was "crying". I checked for the usual, broken legs, cuts, etc. Everything looked fine

I just can't get rid of the ear mites the new cat has... I must say the internet provides good insight though. Now even the dog which we have since six years without problems has them :-( Somebody told me of a possible injection. I paid $160 for this cat in the shelter plus $80 for ...

Does anyone know anything about the bin mutilcolored rats they sell in pet stores? One of my cats came out of the woods carrying one like a kitten. Since the rat has black and white markings I'm guessing that he (a fixed male) thought it was a kitten because he brought it right
