Deputy Michael Martschinske and Officer Jay Turner took Kaela Jones' dog,
Cassie, from her home in Leadville to the Lake County Landfill and shot
the dog in November 2001, the suit alleges. "It was left to die in the
dump," the suit says.

making money selling cats09 Nov 2003 08:36 GMT16

purebreed cats and sell 3 kittens thats 1500 bucks for no real work.
anyone doing this at home I have a few breeds I plan on raising in my
backyard to sell off. how do I sell these kittens?

Companion for Kitten?08 Nov 2003 17:32 GMT18
I have a spayed female kitten (a month or so old?).  She's an indoor
cat and is pretty needy (meows when I'm not around, etc...).
I work full time and I spend time with friends on weekends, so there
are long periods when she's alone at home.  I want to do what's best
Three on a shelf08 Nov 2003 17:18 GMT11
I saw Fleagor, Fluffy, and Snowball on the kitchen window shelf, and
realized it demanded some sort of photographic treatment.  A few
clicks later - and some PSP time plus a few minutes to code the page -
and I had this:

We found a kitten...or rather she found us...and while it's hard to tell,
I think she's only about 8-10 weeks old.  I've taught her how to wash
herself using a warm washrag, and she uses the litter box like a good
girl to defecate...but she urinates wherever she finds herself when ...
Good News and Bad News (a foster update).08 Nov 2003 06:03 GMT2
The good news: Malcolm went back to the humane society, into the multiple
cat room. He's in hog heaven. Chowing down, loving the other kitties. What's
amusing is that he's a big solid boy with huge paws and not an ounce of chub
on him but he's so easily intimidated by the black and ...

George08 Nov 2003 02:20 GMT13
I just spoke to the vet.  The "warty thing" that they said would be
"nothing" that was removed from George's side last week was a grade one
mast cell tumor.  I don't know what to expect, but I feel just sick.
George is only six.
