There are numerous ways in which to "tag" your pet, including the microchip,
tattoos, id tags, etc.  All of these are of no use in helping others find
and return your pet to you if your pet's collar is missing, or if the animal
shelter or vet is closed.
biting electrical cords16 Oct 2003 04:47 GMT1
My cat, Trouble, who is 4 years old is still very much like a kitten...I

One issue I have and that is that she bites my electrical cords - teething
like - she actually bit through my AC adaptor for my new laptop ;-(
Can my cats drink milk/formula into adulthood?16 Oct 2003 02:25 GMT2
I have two kittens who are now 9 weeks old.   I have been raising them
since they were a week old since they were orphaned by their mother.

I know that pets can have microchips implanted under their skin for
identification purposes. Does anyone here know whether these chips can be
used with a proximity sensor?

meow identification15 Oct 2003 19:03 GMT7
Hi, has anyone ever studied meow's, like, to see what your cat is saying?

when I get home, I think he's happy to see me, or something.  :)
Litterbox Training a Senior Cat15 Oct 2003 17:31 GMT9
I'm rescuing an old stray (Old George). When I first started with him
he was almost feral. He wouldn't let anyone get near him and, if
anyone did he would scratch, bite and hiss. It has taken me a couple
months but I've gotten him to the point where he actually enjoys being

Could someone please tell me what the long term effects of taking Clavamox

Sebastian's polydactyl feet15 Oct 2003 14:56 GMT8
I finally got some pictures of the undersides of Sebastian's feet, and
I'd like thoughts and comments on the strangely deformed claw on his
front paws.  I've read most of what Google turns up on polydactyl
cats, but I haven't found anything quite like this.  The claws are not

My cat, a friendly one year old stray that we took in, has just had 3
