Joseph Bartlo tried to eat me.27 Feb 2004 03:39 GMT1
If anyone is willing to adopt a frightened feline owned by the Bartlo
family, please email me immediately. I don't know how much time I
have. Yesterday Joey tried to hide in my litter box and grab me by the
tail. He and his mother are crazy. They deep fried my only friends and

Hi again everyone -- My experience with Mr. X the Mystery Cat has put
me in touch with quite a few animal rescue people, most of whom seem
to have many many animals in their care.  I find myself wondering how
on earth you manage?  I mean, I have four cats and am at my absolute

ear tipping question21 Feb 2004 23:23 GMT2

I don't have a "colony" as such, and I don't see most of the cats for

Non-euthanizing groups20 Feb 2004 22:10 GMT67
A few questions:

the amount of pets they can take in once they reach a certain point?
Are pet shelters that don't euthanize preffered over ones that do?

I am so tired!  I just don't know how much longer I can take care of X... I've
started trying to find him a home, but it just seems like every day is endless,
and no one wants a cat with health problems.  What am I going to do if no one
will take him?  At this point, I would settle ...
How far do you go to find possible owners?13 Feb 2004 22:20 GMT1
I'm just curious what others here think.  I have rescued quite a few
stray cats over the years, and although I think I do enough to locate
any possible owners, I'd like to know how far you would go.
Originally, I used to knock on all neighbors' doors, call the Humane
Greece exterminating cats (and other rants)13 Feb 2004 02:38 GMT2
I seems like it is not too difficult for people to decide not to externimate
dogs as a bothersome vermin, but when it comes to cats it is apparently a
