bottle feeding procedure09 Oct 2003 15:14 GMT1
Hello again.
My 5 foster kittens seem to be needing bottle feeding (just on this side of
3 weeks old, basically).  Would like to make sure I'm doing it right.
Right now,  I'm wrapping the kitten in a tea towel and holding the bottle at
newbie and a question about fostering08 Oct 2003 20:47 GMT2
New around these parts.  Might even become a regular poster...
I work at the local SPCA down here and the animal control officer brought in
a box of 5 3-week old kittens.  The mother's deceased from being killed by a
stray dog or two.  Seems like mummy taught them the basics about ...
Euthanize or don't?07 Oct 2003 09:22 GMT1
Hello, I have a few questions:
How do pet rescue places that don't euthanize keep up with the amount

Anyway.  You can visit his website to help him celebrate his birthday

Previously fed 9-lives kibble or similar. Someone recently donated a
20-lb bag of Friskies. Whenever I leave the Friskies kibble for them,
the ferals spread it all over the ground as if they were digging it out

Shelter ringworm02 Oct 2003 03:55 GMT4
We are learning a hard lesson.  We have a ringworm problem out of control at
our shelter.  Instead of being proactive and euthanizing the 4 that
originally had it, we are now having to euthanize 20 per our municipality's
orders "because of public safety".  We have had some Program ...
