How heartless can people be to allow their cats to reproduce over and over

from the people who live in the same building I do. They have adult cats
that are not fixed and at least 3 of their male cats look like who done

I was bitten by a kitten this morning.
I know that cat bites can be dangerous (I've been bitten by cats
before) and being as this was a stray kitten, I wanted to make sure

I am looking for some ideas of what to do for 4 kittens my wife and I
have recently recieved.  The vet indicated that the weakest one was "in
the worst shape he seen yet this year".
The kittens were rescued from an aprtment building, one of which was

My cat is having problems with her hindlegs.  The vet first thought it was a
bruise and gave her a cortisone shot, but she was only fine for a few days.
After that he x-rayed her to check for a spinal injury, but that wasn't it.

I trapped a stray this morning, who is still lactating. I was unable
to locate the kittens to determine how old they are - but it must
either be a small litter, or they are already older, as she is only
lactating from two or three of her mammary glands. The cat is
