Poor abandoned kitten!26 Feb 2010 23:20 GMT3
So, someone at work today mentions they've seen a black kitten hanging
out near one of the entrances and has anyone else seen it?
Not me, I walk by that entrance every morning.  But then again, I'm not
looking for a cat, and I'm walking in at 6:00am when it is still very,

Should I spank my cat if he urinates inside, or is there a better
method to make him urinate outside? He's an adult cat that use to go
outside to urinate. He has a cat flap so that he can go outside.

Duffy's Day - 7th annifursary21 Feb 2010 21:55 GMT8
I can't believe it...I actually let "Duffy's Day" go by unnoticed until I
read some "congratulations" on another group.  Duffy adopted me on Jan. 31,
2003, so we have now had 7 wonderful years together.  He was estimated to be
3-5 years old at the time, and probably closer to 5 ...
Lactose intolerance19 Feb 2010 16:25 GMT7
I'm pretty sure my cat is lactose intolerant. Is this something I'd find as
a cat food (dry or canned) ingredient? If so, how would it be described in
the ingredient list - milk? Anything else have lactose? Yogurt (I've seen
yogert flavored cat food, I think)?
My kitten is growing up :(19 Feb 2010 14:47 GMT5
She just figured out that when her head is hidden under the chair and her
hindquarters and tail are hanging out, I can still see her. She used to
think she was hidden if I couldn't see her face.

Are Cats Smart?09 Feb 2010 16:23 GMT95
It was observed here not too long ago that someone's cat will
attack a napkin and tear it to shreds for apparently no reason at all.
Supposedly cats are weird, and not too bright, to do such a thing.
Well, consider this.

My male (9 to 10 years old) has always had some eye discharge.  I
never actually saw the discharge but every other day or so here would
be some small black gunk in the corners of his eyes.  I 'd clean them
and that would be that for several days.  This has been going on for 7
