Leaky Eye on my Birman30 Aug 2008 15:48 GMT4
Hello, recently my cat (3 years old briman) began developing a leaky
eye. I brought her to the vet and he put her on Medication, well now
it's back and I am concerned. When I orginially brought her in he
asked a bunch of questions about our other cat and whether or not he
Uh oh! I think I'm in love again!30 Aug 2008 15:12 GMT49
Feast your eyes on this Sweetheart! She was surrendered about a month an a
half ago because her owners suddenly became "allergic".  I'm actually afraid
to adopt her to anyone. I make it a point to spend a few minutes with her
every day. She's about three years old and an absolute ...
What alternatives to Revolution do you like?30 Aug 2008 12:06 GMT3
After using Revolution for a year and a half, he had a reaction to it
back in June.  He lost all his hair in the spot, it scabbed over, and
was itchy.  I just used it again and the same thing happened.
1)  Could it have been a bad batch of Revolution?  2)  What do you all
Music and Cats30 Aug 2008 04:33 GMT9
It's the funniest thing....every time I play the piano, no matter
where Hobbes is in the house, he comes to lay next to me while I
play.  It's just the cutest thing!  He stretches out on his side and
looks like a little angel laying there.  I guess it's true that music

De-chipping cats29 Aug 2008 03:59 GMT13
I had my cat Jack de-chipped.  I am so glad I did, too.  I have the chip
here and it is one mean looking thing.  1/2 inch long, sharp end, piece of
wire coming out of one end.  This is not something I would ever want in a
living body.  I posted earlier about the cancer rates in ...
Inappropriate Peeing28 Aug 2008 02:36 GMT16
I've been owned by cats all my life and have never had this problem before
now.
The problem started when we rescued Hunter and he was kept in the upper
three bedrooms, bathroom and hall (we installed a door at the end of the
The Furminator27 Aug 2008 21:53 GMT16
I just bought a Furminator brush for Hobbes today.  I must say it sure
got a lot of hair out.  Hair was a-flyin'!  I had to get the vacuum
out after that.  Hobbes seemed to enjoy being brushed.  He laid on his
side and purred while I brushed away.  When it was time to do the

AUTO-IMMUNE DIS-EASES a.k.a. The Puppy Wizard's
diet/supplements suggestions for a 7 year old cat with cystitis? (LONG)27 Aug 2008 20:14 GMT4
A couple of weeks ago my 7 year old cat Kotyo had his latest cystitis
flare-up. It was much worse than previous ones - he had two flare-ups in
four days. Both times the attacks lasted much longer than usual, and he
was panting and hissing and growling in pain, which he had never ...
