| Diva & Benjamin: My New Roommates | 18 Jul 2008 05:12 GMT | 4 |
No time to go into details now, but I have Diva and Benjamin in my apartment now, and they are getting along pretty well so far. Still a bit stand-offish but they can tolerate each other within close distances and don't feud much over food.

| Car Scratched/Angry Neighbor...Please HELP ! | 18 Jul 2008 04:55 GMT | 7 |
My upstairs neighbor moved out a year ago and couldn't take her 2 cats with her, so I agreed to take care of them, as I was always just fine with them here, especially since we used to have a huge rat problem and I haven't seen (or even heard of one) around here since.

Keep it up! The more you touch and pick up and hold your cats, the more likely you will catch any growth or problem early enough to make a difference. I hope I have. My cats are in big trouble now. I was already pushing it when I found that

| NPR on pet healthcare costs | 16 Jul 2008 01:12 GMT | 2 |
People here might find this amusing. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=92510432 Among other things, notes that cats have, on average, lower vet bills than dogs.

| Spot-on non-tablet de-wormer? | 15 Jul 2008 22:53 GMT | 1 |
Is there such a thing as a non-tablet spot-on de-wormer for cats? Yeah, I know, sounds like a fantasy, but with the technology we've got today . . . you never know. Eddy.

| Do cats understand mirrors? | 14 Jul 2008 14:35 GMT | 6 |
My closet doors are mirrored, and Milo seems fascinated. Does he think it's another cat? Or, since the "other cat" has no smell, does anyone have a clue what cats do think of mirrors? I'd be interested in a good book on cats' mental processes. There
