my cat seems to know where her litter tray is as she "poops" in it, but she now seems to have taken to urinating in the bath and i wondered why she would be doing this? what would be the cause of this? thanks in advance

My cat has something inside his rear thigh. Does not seem to be painful when I feel it. What tests can a vet do to find out if he has cancer? Are the tests reliable?
