My kitten is bored26 Mar 2008 21:02 GMT12
Jack and Jessica are 9 month old tuxedos. Jack is a loveable slug.
He's happy to play for an hour, sleep for 8, get some love, and grab a
bite to eat. Jessica is different. She's very intelligent and is
constantly looking for something to occupy her time long after she has
More Questions About Max (A Bit Long)26 Mar 2008 19:15 GMT6
Trying to keep this really brief....
Got Max to the vet today. He has a relatively minor diagnosis of red
and white blood cells in his urine. The vet ruled out this could have
anything to do with the blood that was on the floor this past weekend.

My cat stopped burying his waste in the litter box...PLEASE HELP!!23 Mar 2008 22:32 GMT2
I have an 8 year old cat who recently got treated for a urinary tract
infection. He was at the vet for a week and ever since I brought him

Scaredy Cat23 Mar 2008 15:27 GMT2
Poor Meep.  We have friends over this week, and she's all upset about
it.  I'm a bit worried about her, as she's been spending pretty much all
the last three days under our bed.  First 24 hours or so, she wouldn't
even go out to eat, drink or use the litterbox.  I had to leave ...
Cat sleeping in my hair23 Mar 2008 08:20 GMT19
Yesterday I got a new kitten. He is adjusting to our house in
increments. I slept in the same room with him last night so he wouldn't
panic (new house, he's a feral cat learning to be an indoor kitty,
plyus we had a big thunderstorm last night). I woke up to find him
Found Some Blood on the Floor23 Mar 2008 06:56 GMT10
Well, here we are again, worrying about Max.
It is after 12:00 pm and the vets office is closed now. I am going to
give them a call anyway...
But, does anyone know what this could be?
Any suggestions for introducing a d*g to my cats?23 Mar 2008 00:02 GMT10
Anbody have any suggestions for successfully introducing my cats to a large
(operative word being large!) dog?  In a weak moment I offered to take care
of a friend's dog while she is selling her house and moving.  It may be a
fairly long time (ie several months).  I have had dogs ...
Stopping cat from using neighbor's garden as toilet.22 Mar 2008 18:33 GMT66
Urgent tips required as my neighbor is a nice person. :-)

To catnip or not to catnip?22 Mar 2008 17:51 GMT27
I've been trying to see if catnip is bad for cats.  In googling I
don't see much on it here.  We've given it to our cats (ages 2, 7,
12), and they all love it, don't seem to be any health issues.
Are there any health issues, or things to know?  My theory is cats &
do you think cats cry real tears?? ( I found an article and wanted to share)22 Mar 2008 17:11 GMT1
today when I heard my cat whine or cry I researched if cats cry , since I was
bored and not really sure plus it interests me. and it came up with this
article http://cats.about.com/od/faqsbehavior/f/tears.htm
which reads as
Rather prudish advice from editors of cat magazine regarding "shy"     cat and naked 14-year-old boy21 Mar 2008 23:07 GMT6
I guess this is a typical American-based cat magazine, because
naturists (nudists) are common in Europe. In Scandinavian countries,
are they not more liberal about clothes-free environments, but males
and females of ALL ages have saunas together. This Steve Dale guy
