| Thank you everyone | 03 Feb 2008 16:57 GMT | 6 |

After my cat had that irritation on his lower lip, I switched to dishware bowls until I could get him stainless ones. I ordered two from Amazon, and they were mismarked and much too small to use. I really need the bowls he's using now back. I have two black bowls from

I posted this message, or a very similar one, last night and even had one response and today it is gone. Why would that be? Was it removed or was there an error on Googles part? My question is this:

| Cats With Colds | 03 Feb 2008 01:32 GMT | 21 |
What to do with a cat who is sick with a cold, but can't get to a doctor right away. I know you can't give them certain kinds of pain relievers, but I don't know what is best to buy OTC.

| Ginger cat with exudative dermatitis | 02 Feb 2008 16:35 GMT | 4 |
I have a 12 year old ginger female cat which is suffering from extreme hair loss and scabbing. In addition to hair loss (leaving bald and bloody patches on her face, head, and leg), her ears are crusted, and once the crusts are removed the skin underneath is raw and bleeds.

A bit of background, I have 2 cats, one silky long haired, one medium haired with a dense undercoat. Both cats are in the care of my brother because we've had to move back home and the cats weren't welcome so he's watching them until we can again. A few months ago he calls me ...

| Possible to have a clean-smelling house with an indoor cat (or two)? Litterbox robots? Air filters? | 01 Feb 2008 19:56 GMT | 7 |
I love cats and may be getting one (or two) soon. Thing is, I hate the "cat" smell; which I'm guessing comes 100% from litter boxes rather than, say, a doggy smell--from the oils / glands of a dog.

Hi all, it looks like you've got a good group going on here. I've got a question that I think is on topic here. I'm interested in buying a vetrinary textbook dedicated to cats. I've got a really good vet, but love my kitties too much not to get as much
