Have just been to a 2nd vet with my overweight 15 yr old cat,

Cat Emergency24 Dec 2007 14:45 GMT4
I talked with the vet today and they said Icarus pulled out his
catheter and got plugged up again so the messy job continues.
Apparently, he's giving the vet some problems but he is fighter and
doesn't like to give anyone an inch. I feel so bad because he's having
Ping Phil: Second Echo results for HCM24 Dec 2007 11:44 GMT9
We just had our six month follow up echo for our cat who was diagnosed
with very mild HCM in May. I'm having trouble understanding the
results and I hope you can shed some light while I wait to hear back
from the cardiologist to clarify.
Littermates not getting along23 Dec 2007 17:39 GMT6
Hi, I have two littermates, 6 months old. Jack and Jessica have been
extremely close, spending almost every minute together, sleeping
together, constantly playing together, etc.  Jessica has always been
the dominant in their relationship, often taking the lead when playing
Problems my cat is having23 Dec 2007 04:06 GMT6
Hi, I have a Cat who is about twenty or twenty-one years old. This
year she has really started to show what I think are effects with her
age and other things, never had any problems ever with her until early
2006. She had a seizure in February/March. Took her to a vet they
Fireplace cat22 Dec 2007 20:47 GMT5
I've recently moved into a new apartment that has a fireplace. I do
not intend to use the fireplace, so I've put a small tv stand in front
of it and it has a sort of wire mesh in front of it with a slit
through the middle and I wrongly thought that would be enough to deter

Well, I know that most parents think there children are...LOL! I
opened up our apartment door to get the mail, and of course my cat
made a break for it as he loves going out. My neighbor was there and
we got to talking and there was my cat up on his hind legs, swiping at

Wysong pet food21 Dec 2007 05:43 GMT3
Last night I placed an order for some Wysong canned pet food. It seems like
it's premium quality food and low in phosphorus (which is important because
of Alex's CRF and Bullwinkle is now borderline). I do find it curious that

Cat with corona and heartworms19 Dec 2007 13:35 GMT14
My poor old kitty is at least 13--maybe older, because we adopted him
from a shelter 11 years ago and the shelter and vet both said he was
at least 2 and maybe older).  He had lost a little weight during the
summer, but he looked healthy.  Then about a month ago, he started
