My cat has lost a termendous amount of weight and is virtually skin and bones.
He is playful and begs for food so I feed him more often than I used to.  He
is 18 years old.  At his last visit the vet put him on antibiotics b/c his
CPK levels were extremely high....they have not ...

Small hard 'weeping' lump on cat's back under fur?09 Aug 2007 21:03 GMT13
I was grooming my cat (about 12 years old - indoor cat - white fur -
apparent good health) when I noticed what I can only decribe as a
round hard lump on the surface of her skin. It seems to be weeping a
little. I have cleaned it and put Tea Tree Oil on it a few times. It
Tragic Accident09 Aug 2007 19:41 GMT29
A couple of hours ago, Paul went outside to pick up our daughter from
her Ganny's house after dinner. He got into the car, readied himself
to leave, & drove away. It wasn't until after Paul got off the
driveway that we could see that there was a cat underneath, that he

I just got a call from my son's best friend who lives about 1/2 a mile from
here.  She wanted to know if Levi was in the house (of course he is).
There is a cat who looks just like him who, according to her mother, has
been there for 2 days.  The daughter just saw him and ...

my oldest cat won't look at me08 Aug 2007 18:04 GMT9
Velvet is a 5 year old cat (she was my first cat) and she won't look at me
in the eyes. When I pet her, she averts her gaze and keeps her head turned
away from me. She has only begun this a few months ago Does anyone have any
ideas what the problem may be? She has always been a ...

Help! I have a beautiful, loving, devoted (translation: stalker) seven
year old cat that pees where he pleases. Here's a bit of history.
Maxwell was about a year old the very first time that I went on
vacation.  We boarded our dog, a yorkie that Max is great pals with.
Should I microchip my pussy?08 Aug 2007 15:13 GMT7
She's lived here more than a year now and I don't see her getting lost
unless I took her on a trip or something.
It's kinda like aliens putting a chip in to track you.  Are there any
other benefits?

How does "Advantage" work?06 Aug 2007 21:40 GMT2
I put one drop on each cat and it seems to repell most fleas. Some feas are
still there, but I think these are "jump-ons" that are doomed. Where my cat
sleeps I've seen dead or lethargic fleas. How does the chemical spread
itself around to affect the fleas on the cat? Does it ...
premium canned cat foods06 Aug 2007 19:33 GMT3
Now that all 3 of the cats here are eatingcanned cat food, I would
really like to upgrade the quality of food. They are currently eating
Fancy Feast for canned (they get Innova, Felidae, and Royal Canin for
dry food). The flavor they all seem to like is beef and liver.
