Mosiquito bites19 Aug 2007 23:37 GMT2
This is turning into a first class mosquito year for us in Chicago burbs
with all the rain. I'm feeling very sorry for all the outdoor cats and dogs.
Should I be? Do cats and dogs get mosquito bites that itch as bad as mine
(other health risks aside)? Thankfully, Mr. Bonkers is ...

some on him and now our house is  like a minefield.
Can someboddy help me, please?

No response to fresh catnip?19 Aug 2007 03:05 GMT10
I'm growing some catnip for our cat. He's about 7-8 years old. I had a
catnip filled toy before for him that he seemed to respond to. There
was no response though to a fresh catnip leaf I crushed and placed in
front of him. He just walked away. The plant is about 5 weeks old.
Nembutal19 Aug 2007 01:07 GMT1
I am interested in speaking by email with people about Nembutal. I
understand that veterinarians and farmers use it, in the course of
their business
Looking forward to chatting
Scratch posts & carpet stains.17 Aug 2007 23:16 GMT2
I am trying to"convert" my 2 indoor cats to using the sisal
rope-wrapped scratch posts, from the carpet-wrapped sort, principally
because one of my pair has started to sharpen her claws on the
carpeted stair risers of my wall-to-wall rug (an understandable

She has always did this. We have had her 5 years.
Has anyone ever encountered this in a cat?
Marlo ESCAPES and is recaptured17 Aug 2007 14:20 GMT10
Espy, Nipsy, and Marlo were let out into the fenced in backyard after
I got home from work, and I was in the basement trying to figure out
why the phones had stop working - something to do with a flood while I
was away I was sure.

A good recipe to cook cats?16 Aug 2007 12:54 GMT6
I like to eat cats and I must admit that Angora cats are very
edible and incredibly yummy and it's time to cook and eat as many of
them as possible.
Yummy ! Tasty !
Our kittens are scared of hands?16 Aug 2007 03:30 GMT7
About four weeks ago, we adopted two kittens from a rescue centre,
Stella and Misha. They were aboue nine weeks old at the time. When we
initially got them back home, they were very scared, hiding at every
opportunity, and hissing at us.
RINGO15 Aug 2007 20:10 GMT27
Here are a few photos of Ringo now that we have a camera again. He is doing
very well indeed, considering he was shot @ almost point blank range. His
mobility is great, & he lost the sight of one eye, but seems to have
compensated quite well, & is very good at  judging distances ...
Just a sweet story15 Aug 2007 18:53 GMT8
I took the garbage out to the trash can in the garage Sunday, and
noticed a black cat walking determinedly up my driveway, about 100
feet from street to garage. There are a couple of cats in the
neighborhood, but I don't remember seeing this one before.

After the vet determined that her thyroid levels are still within normal
limits and have remained consistent now for several years, she did another
ultrasound and an EKG and the results show that there has been no change in
her heart in those years. (She had an ultrasound of her ...

If you live in New Zealand then you might wanna check out  www.canterberries.co.nz
