He's throwing up and I'm upset22 Apr 2007 15:39 GMT1
I know it's pretty common for cats to not chew dry food and to throw
it back up, but this is getting ridiculous.  For the past 3 nights in
a row, my cat has started retching really bad.  The other night it
went on for 3 hours.  I half-suspect it's not the not chewing, as I
"World's Best" Cat Litter22 Apr 2007 04:05 GMT22
Anybody familiar with this?
I'm having a hard time finding an unscented litter that has very little
dust. (I want to stick with scoopable, so I am not interested in the Feline
Pine type.)
and one more introduction here -22 Apr 2007 02:45 GMT5
Hello everyone! I'm new to the group but have been lurking for a couple years
& occasionally posting since last summer, so I decided it's past time to
formally introduce my cats & myself. I'm Mari, probably a little older than
many here, live in Canada & have had cats since 1970.  ...

Orphaned kitten "nursing" off littermate21 Apr 2007 23:06 GMT1
I'm fostering 2 kittens with no mother, and the kittens are just around
a half pound each, making them around 2 weeks old.  They take KMR and
home-made kitten "glop" from a syringe very well and have each gained
20/100ths of a pound in the week and a half I've had them.  Now that

What Was Thought to Be Cat Constipation.......21 Apr 2007 19:29 GMT5
My vet & I have been going a theory that my cat was constipated. For some
reason, until the third medication was tried, she did not do a full rectal
exam. Today, in the preparation for performing an enema, the vet found
something blocking "the way" out of the anus almost completely. ...

Question for someone who knows vet jargon21 Apr 2007 03:20 GMT26
I've gotten copies of Meep's records to give to the new vet.  Can
someone please translate this to layman's terms (any actual vets in
here)?  All I was told at the time is that she had some small amount of
cardiomyopathy (or I may misremember).

List of Petfoods Not Recalled20 Apr 2007 17:37 GMT24
This is a great site that lists foods that are not on the recall
list.  There are also links to each petfood company listed so I would
recommend that you verify with the company before feeding the food.
