We have two cats, the eldest will be one year old in May and is the

has been know on occassion to wee and poo on the sofa or our beds.
food all the time?20 Mar 2007 16:08 GMT2
I have two food dispensers for my cats, each with enough food to last for
4-5 days. I was recently told that leaving cats to eat all they want was not
helpful. I was advised to go back to feeding them small portions daily. My
cats have indeed put on weight since I switched to the ...
How to find all Natural Pet Products20 Mar 2007 14:22 GMT1
To some people, a pet is just as precious as a child. Caring for your
pet is very important, and so is giving them the right food. Good food
and the right pet products can help your pet stay healthy and fit. I
have seen some great products out there for your pet. The new line of

it jumped up on a table and that was a no no according to the new

Good grief, what do people expect a cat to be doing?  Cats love to

Alternatives to Pill Pockets20 Mar 2007 07:45 GMT7
I thought the Pill Pockets would be great, but my cat won't eat them.  Can
anyone suggest some other food that would be okay to hide a pill in?  Are
there any cat treats, for instance, that are soft enough to push a pill
into?  (Hiding the pill in his regular wet food doesn't do ...
suggestions from the pros20 Mar 2007 05:41 GMT1
I take in abused dogs and thought they were under control. I bought
a product called Urinegone and with the black light it showed my new
carpet installed in November has numerous spots that one bottle will
not work. I was horrified and still owe thousands of dollars for the
Kitten behavior20 Mar 2007 03:24 GMT19
I am new to this and need some help. I have a 7 month old male kitten.
He is beautiful and affectionate. When he gets in my lap and does that
"kneading" thing that cats do, his claws are partially out and it
HURTS. Is this normal? Is there a way I can make him stop?
CRF- creatine at 10 is there any hope at all?20 Mar 2007 02:18 GMT3
Hi- Saturday morning, Mocha, my cat of 17 years collapsed when she got
up that morning and tried to walk.  She spent the weekend in an
emergency hospital on an IV diagnosed with CRF.
Her creatinine was 8 when we brought her in, and measured 10 after 24
Mother eats kitten, is this normal.20 Mar 2007 01:15 GMT16
My cat had five kittens last week.  From the beginning one of the
kittens seemed to keep crawling out of the nest; sometimes he would make
it back in but in the last few days it seemed to happen more and more
and I would sometimes pick him up and place him back inside.
My boy doggy...19 Mar 2007 22:57 GMT2
The vet says it's time now to let him go.  Streak, my sweet, brave,
beautiful dog will be put to sleep tomorrow at noon.  I have just
these few hours left with him, and I don't know what to do.  The vet
is coming here to do it.  I want him to be at home when we do this
compulsive licking issue19 Mar 2007 20:58 GMT6
my cat stewie is a compulsive licker - and not just him - he licks the other
cat, the rug, whatever.
but my biggest concern is that he licks stomach and legs nonstop.  He's
getting a little bald spot.

For those that were curious, here is a link that lists all the food brands

Do late neuered males ever stop marking territory19 Mar 2007 16:13 GMT23
I was wondering if anyone knows whether it is possible to ever stop an
older neutered/later nuetered cat to stop spraying his territory, &
reduce his hostility towards other male cats?
Since neutering our Male's last month, we have been thinking about
Introducing a new cat19 Mar 2007 11:55 GMT7
My sister has asked me to take in her 8month old female kitten, because
she is scratching the children all the time. The kitten hasn't been spayed
yet, which I will do as soon as (if) i take her in.
The problem is, I have a 1 1/2 year old male(neutered) and he's extremely
post-neuter complications19 Mar 2007 11:45 GMT3
Just neutered an adult male cat (only had kittens done, before), and
he had complications ... terribly swollen scrotal sac and prepuce ...
vet gave prednisone to reduce swelling and antibiotic for fever of
104, and cat is behaving normally again, but I don't know if the
