Lilly the birman is feeling somewhat better, but unfortunately she
came home with a dose of the flu. Even though every single one of our

Gold Bond Cream +CAt = Freakout14 Feb 2007 15:20 GMT5
I searched this group for "Gold Bond," and had no luck, so I'm trying
this new post.  (I also Googled similar terms with minimal success.  I
was only able to find anecdotal items that echo my experience.  The
Gold Bond website is of no help & they only have snail-mail contact

How to choose between a Pomeranian and a toy Fox Terrier13 Feb 2007 16:39 GMT3
I have been looking for an indoor small dog to keep me company.  I had
two cats, one that acts like a cat loving but aloof and one that acted
like a dog, but he has recently passed away.  I don't think I could
replace him with another cat, he didn't act like a cat.  I want a pet

Our 15 year old (16 in May) seal point Siamese, Amaretto, has
developed a new habit that concerns us.  He suddenly wakes up in the
middle of the night (usually about 3 or 4 am) and YEOWLS at the top of
his lungs for about 2 minutes.  He started doing this just this past
Update on Sylvester's teeth cleaning (or not)13 Feb 2007 14:22 GMT3
Thank you to everybody who wrote me about my dilemma of whether to risk
getting my 17 year old cat's teeth cleaned.
I took him to the vet today for an exam, to see if he thought we should
risk the cleaning.
Evangeline is doing very nicely13 Feb 2007 01:08 GMT5
She's turning into more my cat than Keyron's but that's to be expected.
Anyhow she's now our cat. No doubt about it. She actually sleeps in my
lap now, sleep next to or on me at night, and today a new behavior came
out.
HELP--my cat is destroying my carpet!13 Feb 2007 00:07 GMT54
My cat is about 2 1/2 years, and in the last couple of months he's
started to claw and chew on the carpeted stairs.  He mainly goes after
the top stair, and since we have a split-level house that's 3 stairs
in all that he is absolutely hell-bent on destroying.  He's constantly

I have a calico who is 8 years old.  She has always breathed more rapidly
then other cats, and has always gotten more winded faster than my other
