Cat Moves dishes!!?12 Dec 2006 03:55 GMT5
I cannot understand why my 1 year old calico, S'mores, has started moving her
food and water dishes around the room??  She mainly does it with the water
dish and gets water everywhere.  What is she trying to tell me??

Update: Treating Asthma and EGC11 Dec 2006 16:32 GMT4
For the newcomers, I adopted a little gray tabby named Gracie, then about a
year old, from a shelter here in Raleigh in 2001. She had respiratory
distress, and when tested for heartworms, happily came up negative, but a
chest xray showed asthma. A little while later she had bumps ...

Here we go again.  I've posted my troubles with my own cats and if other
people post their troubles using my name (Barb) it's going to look like I
have double the trouble that I do.
I know.  Someone is going to post "Get a life."  Who will be the first?
Question marks around my cat Benny10 Dec 2006 20:30 GMT13
I used to post in this group a few years ago, back when my four
year-old cats Benny and Dewey were babies. I don't recognize anyone,
but I thought I'd drop in to tell my story about Benny.
My husband and I started to notice that Benny was losing weight back in

Kitten with Rabies10 Dec 2006 15:29 GMT9
Hello.  I e-mailed someone who suggested I join this group to get my
question answered.  I will give as many details as possible and would
greatly appreciate any advice.  We took in a kitten when it was about
eight weeks old.  Supposedly, the mother was healthy and had her shots

Well, Thanksgiving was not thankful this year.  Husband was feeding our
resident feral at 2:30 AM on Thanksgiving morning (he's a second-shifter)
and of course, not watching for our sneaky Tucker-boi.  He escaped and
somehow managed to get hit by a car... so, $2,800+more to come ...
steps for re-homing a cat09 Dec 2006 23:36 GMT11
Hi. We recently had a disastrous experience with adopting 2 cats. They peed
on the bed and sofa and we eventually had to send them back to their former
owner. It was heartbreaking.
We're about to try again with 2 different cats, and would like some advice
Kitten biting her nails...09 Dec 2006 19:55 GMT3
Alright, so my baby girl, Marziale, has this addiction to chewing on
her nails. She has been into the vet, up to date on her shots, and I
also took her in a couple extra times because she was left in a plastic
bag on the side of the road, which is how I ended up getting her (I
Citrus Spray?09 Dec 2006 18:11 GMT2
Well I've been trying to keep Clyde away from the Christmas tree but he
just won't leave it alone. The orange peels worked for about a day but
sometimes even when I put new ones there he goes right passed them if
he's running. So I thought of maybe getting a citrus spray to spray

Public Apology09 Dec 2006 15:25 GMT20
I should not have called Barry a "knuckle-dragging piece of sh.t" just
because he let Jupiter get pregnant.
Barry is a brilliant man, a creative genius, and a loving, caring person.
Somewhere in there.
