Verizon sucks.  After a week of no calls from them and broken appointment
dial-up looks mighty good.  Next week I am getting Optimum Online!
Hope they have this news group.

Are Persian/siamese cats affectionate?07 Sep 2006 18:46 GMT2
We have had a persian/siamese cross cat for about 5 days now, but so
far have had no affection from her. She seems to spend most of her time
behind the sofa or hidden away somewhere? Is this the nature of cats of
this breed or could she still be unsettled?

Have a 16 year old cat who has a history of constipation.  He's on
Lactulose and it's been working for years.  Over the last week, he
seems to have constipation again....goes into the litter box multiple
times a day, strains to go and most of the time doesn't...sometimes a
Littermaid litter box07 Sep 2006 15:27 GMT8
I just ordered a Littermaid Elite litter box (it's supposed to come with
the ramp and Kitty Cabana cover, according to the Littermaid site, but the
person who took the order didn't think it did, so I'll see upon delivery)
from Petco.com, as litter box scooping is not helping the ...
Post-Pregnancy Behavior.07 Sep 2006 07:08 GMT6
Hello all. A few weeks ago, while walking outside my apartment, I came across
a stray cat sleeping on the stairs. I was still a little bummed about my
prior cat, which had gotten out one morning, and was hit by a car, and I
still had some of the cat's food, so I decided it wouldn't ...
Longer Naps, Less Food, Smaller Stool...07 Sep 2006 05:30 GMT1
Both my tabbies are 14 but I hope they live well-past 2010. Recently,
both have started taking much longer naps -- generally 20-22 hours a
day -- only "exercising" if truly antagonized or when either needs to
vacate a bowel or kidney. I've noticed food consumption is significantly
Are These Symptoms An Emergency?07 Sep 2006 04:33 GMT5
One of my cat's sounds as if his nose is stuffed up, and he has a cold.
My vet is closed for the Labor Day Holiday. Should I bring him to the
emergency vet, or can this wait until tomorrow?

Sasha is not good06 Sep 2006 00:24 GMT24
Called vet to bring her in and he pretty much told me not to bother.
Said the mass in her liver is problably getting the best of her and to
give her fluids and make her as comfy as possible. I just gave her
100ml and I brought the bag out to where she is laying on the couch
matts & Knotts05 Sep 2006 17:51 GMT6
My 6 year old tabby has been getting mats all over his fur. Every year he's
been getting these mats more and more. During the winter it's really bad but
in the summer they get better. This year though they did not get better. I
try combing them, cutting them out but I feel I'm not ...

attacks of congestion and coughing.  On wed the vet gave him a lasix
injection, which he has had before and lived,  However this time she gave me
lasix to continue him on at home, on friday night, he was ...
Cnn.com--dog nursing kittens05 Sep 2006 08:01 GMT4
Go see, it's neat. The kittens' mother had weaned them, but the dog was very
maternal and had milk and being cats, they saw an opportunity.
Somehow I imagine a cat tasting dog milk and going "eyyyeuu, ptoooooey!"
But I guess not.
One month and doing fine05 Sep 2006 07:04 GMT2

months and years to come.
He will be 8 next month  and still acts like a kitten
Apologies To All - I'm a Christian Now! PRAISE GOD04 Sep 2006 23:51 GMT18
I just got saved, I became a Christian last night, now I love Jesus and
Im sorry for being such a miserable troll.
Now that I love Jesus more than life itself, I'd rather be dead than
offend anyone.
