Vet problem30 Jul 2006 19:04 GMT9
About three weeks ago I made a vet appointment for Tiger for today (June
20).  It was for a rabies shot and to have some bad mats shaved off of
his back.  He has to be sedated for this (he is NOT cooperative).
Yesterday, I got a call from the vets office saying that they thought
Middy, R.I.P.30 Jul 2006 13:32 GMT5
Warning: this might be too disturbing as I describe her last days.
My cat Middy passed away Saturday, she was about 16. She was a beautiful
and very affectionate cat, all white fur with green eyes and a bit
overweight most of her life.
pig ears for cats?30 Jul 2006 03:07 GMT3
I was wondering if those smoked pig ears treats for dogs can be given to

RIP Dear Pinky (1990-2006) - long29 Jul 2006 06:40 GMT19
Pinky was a stripey orange cat that showed up on my back porch one
snowy winter afternoon in December of 1990.  He was a young cat - maybe
10-11 months old - strong boned and quite large - and quite hungry.  He
was gorgeous - true cream-orange with deeper orange stripes, a little
Sweeter home29 Jul 2006 06:15 GMT9
There's a tortie back in the house!
Sweeter came home last Friday and is in good spirits. She can't stop
giving me head butts and talking to me. She does not have a fever, yeah!
She's also been taking her pills in Pill Pockets, which has been great.
Questions Re: Food29 Jul 2006 05:15 GMT3
Recently I was transfered by work for a month and a half up north.
Luckily, I was able to move in with family, and so my little Marziale
and I packed up and headed up. However, since coming her her appetite
seems to have dwindled significantly. She has already been to the vet
Stray kitten29 Jul 2006 03:56 GMT11
Stray male tabby kitten started showing up.  Saw him a few times with a
adult intact male, who was wearing a collar.  Found out the owners of
the adult cat had no idea who the kitten belonged to.
Don't know how he is surviving outside (it was 118F yesterday) but I put
