My wife and I recently adopted a pair of kittens from a local shelter.
One of them (female, 2 mo) uses the litter box perfectly.  The other one
(male, 3 mo) does know to use the litter box in that he does go to the
litter box.  He digs, but he forgets to turn around.  This often ...

My name is Celly. I have a very lovable, friendly, cute cat named Monkey. He
is 3 years old. He was born on valentines <3. He is generally a good cat....
except when it comes to the new home. We just  moved into a home with room
mates. So this house was already fully "cluttered" ...
Flakey momcat with kittens ?s10 Jul 2006 17:34 GMT7
I live in a rural area and do occasionally see a cat of unknown ownership.
Probably two months ago I started seeing a calico cat at some wildlife
food I put out; couldn't begin to approach her.  My last cat died 1-1/2
years ago and I'd decided not to get another, primarily because ...
Ant Invasion!!!! Target: Cat Dish10 Jul 2006 15:03 GMT38
There has been a recent invasion of small red ants at my place
and for some strange reason they have developed a liking for
Bubba's Royal Canin Maine Coon kibble. In the past, he has shown
no signs of being a picky eater, but he seems to have drawn the
6 kittens update - 11 months10 Jul 2006 05:44 GMT16
This is about the six kittens that were born last August 7

them and the mother from a late-term abortion.
To recap, because it has been so long since the last update:
Surgery -- megacolon10 Jul 2006 01:06 GMT31
Okay, looks like our cat may have emergency surgery for mega colon as
soon as we can find a surgeon.
Our regular vet says it looks like she has an old injury, a broken
pelvis, or a congenital problem that makes her pelvic area much smaller
Blood glucose meter for cats10 Jul 2006 00:49 GMT8
We have a diabetic cat who has been on insulin for several years. The
vet now wants us to start daily testing his blood sugar with a special
cat-calibrated glucose meter, which the vet will gladly provide for a
mere $220. People-calibrated meters cost about $60.
HOW BIG IS BIG?  how to measure? what is normal? etc.?09 Jul 2006 22:23 GMT7
Popsie was found 2 yrs and 3 mos ago under a dumpster less than 4 wks
of age - eyes matted shut, covered in fleas and red fire-ants, so young
that we had to dropper feed her "cat milk" every 1-2 hrs at first.
However, the tiny munchkin BURST rapidly at the seams and took on mush
Lost Cat came home !09 Jul 2006 21:27 GMT8
Sitting here at 3 A.M. looking at my previously missing cat. Just
opened the door to check for him and he came strolling in like it was
nothing. He was gone for 5 days ! Thanks to all who gave suggestions.
I'm sure some of them helped to get him back home.

I have 2 indoor cats but have taken them to the vet and the vet said it would
be noticeable if they had it because they would have patches of hair missing

I adopted two adult cats last year. I took one to a vet this

places on his teeth that, he says, have a buildup of bad
stuff and also a place where the gums do not look healthy,

Hi there, my 10 year old cat has something wrong with her whiskers.
Some of them are normal, and some are short and scraggly.  Same with
her Eyebrow Antennas.  Other than that she seems to be in normal good
health and her coat is soft and shiny.  She has been eating grocery
