Stray cat sprays on porch furniture05 Jun 2006 00:01 GMT3
We have a neutered male outdoors cat.   There are at least two neighbor
cats, obviously not neutered, who come onto our porch to eat Blackie's
food.  They spray on the porch furniture, the side of the house, etc.
Is there any way to deter the strays from coming to the porch WITHOUT
cats and anxiety04 Jun 2006 14:43 GMT4
Some of you already know this part. I have a 10+ years old female
(Kiki). About two years ago, I took an ailing young male off of the
street (Kitty). At first, Kiki attacked him frequently. Kiki has
learned to ignore him. Unfortunately, Kiki has been unable to cope

Otto is sick, lethargic03 Jun 2006 18:24 GMT10
Wednesday morning I put down Otto & Isaac's breakfast.  Otto ate a tiny bit
and then threw up.  Later, when I went into the bathroom to shower I saw
vomit all over the bath mat.  I know it wasn't from Wednesday morning, since
he had barely eaten and had already puked that up in ...

My cat has been on Hills XD until just recently, apparently got tired of

Female Spraying - is this possible?03 Jun 2006 12:09 GMT11
I just adopted a female cat - 7 years old.  She is fixed or spayed I
believe it is called.  Can she still spray?  I have seen her back her
hinder up to a wall, tail high in the air, and then shake it like crazy.  I
rush over to see if she sprayed the wall and it is dry.  What is she ...

How to make an overweight, lazy cat sleek, playful, and affectionate again.03 Jun 2006 00:10 GMT7
How many people here have overweight, lazy cat who adds virtually
nothing in the way of companionship to your life?
Aside from endlessly demanding expensive gourmet food, these cats are
generally pretty worthless.
Help! no-kill cat shelters near Methuen, Mass?02 Jun 2006 21:35 GMT5
In another forum I read, a guy recently posted about his cat having
problems vomiting.  He adopted a 10 year old cat recently and the cat
vomits daily.  The vet apparently said it was more like regurgitation,
but beyond that, I have no other info.
grieving loss of pet02 Jun 2006 19:27 GMT11
My cat had squaamous cell carcinoma for the past six months. I
couldn't let it go. I feel guilty for waiting so long. My cat died of
a seizure before I could get him to the emergency room. I thought I
had some time, maybe a couple more weeks with him. I knew he looked

Last night I felt a lump the size of a pea on Scarlett's (1 yr, 8
mo old spayed female) mouth and thought it felt like an abcess.
Called vet's office this morning, but of course due to holiday,
they were closed. Since it seemed like an infection I took her to

Whoever answered my question, thank you.  What I do need to know is this.  Is
the human form of Chlortremeton safe for cats.  And why would she develop an
allergic reaction to cat food.  We have 4 cats and they all eat the same food
and we have had them for almost 2 years.  No ...
