Cats and electronics21 Feb 2006 02:07 GMT12
Two of my cats have developed a real taste for playing with electronic
items. Spot has discovered how to jump up on the printer and walk on various
buttons to cause it to eject paper. If for some reason he gets it powered up
and fails to get a scan or copy action started, he will ...

losing fur20 Feb 2006 01:08 GMT6
My young cat, about one year old, had a large chunk of his fur come off near
his neck, leaving a bare skin area about the size of a quarter  What can
cause this? There are two other cats in the house. They never go out.
Any ideas?

Today, she got a few minutes out in our yard - she's mostly an indoor
Some kind of attack19 Feb 2006 20:58 GMT35
Our cat, now about fourteen years old, has recently started
having some sort of fit, or attack. Her legs give way, then she
rolls about threshing and squealing in agony. This lasts for a
few seconds, but then it seems to be over and she gets up and

If you have had the surgical repair done on your cat, could you share
with me what was the experience like for the cat?  How about the
Question about Littermate19 Feb 2006 13:48 GMT3
Hopefully someone can help me. I received a donation of two littermate

the adapter. I tried battery use, but they expire very quickly. Can
anyone who has a littermate at home look at the adapater and let me

Help! Cat refusing to move much....18 Feb 2006 03:48 GMT27
He is normally an active cat, and with the other cats we have they are kept
moving generally. However, today he laid in the same spot all day. He didn't
even move when I picked him up (which is unusual as he doesn't really like
being picked up). The most he will do is maybe roll ...
Reactions to anasthetic.17 Feb 2006 21:07 GMT5
"Fluff" is kind of my step-cat - she's about 14 now, recently diagnosed with
hyperthyroidism and a couple of infected teeth.  After a week on antibiotics
she had the teeth removed on Monday.
She took quite a long time coming round from the anasthetic, and was quite
